Infinite Primes too slow for wild, too much aggro and no defense against combo
@@shaunhayes3072 Eh slightly disagree. I have made a Prime Demonlock with a ton of healing and it can hold. Just tech vs your local meta accordingly.

This feels like the kind of game where the opponent has to have known they've lost by the video midpoint, and is just sticking around to watch the magic of Prime Gaming play out-or at least that's what I'd have been thinking in their position!
Sometimes playing to your out means hoping the opponent has to leave lol
I mean I think if Reno had pyroblasted face every turn they might have won, gotta play to your outs and all that. But yeah there was no real way to win once kibler started gaining armor.
Hearthstone nowadays is so swingy that you're obligated to stick till the end. The amount of random silly bullshit that can completely turn the game around is unreal.

I really wish they changed the Tiller to make them only be able to damage face once per turn instead of hurting hysteria like that.
honestly! who can really say they were attached to the ~integrity~ of Tiller as a card? my best guess is that they didn't want to have to keep worrying about future interactions in Wild, rather than specifically choosing to preserve Tiller over Hysteria.
I mean, Hysteria is still a bonkers powerful card as it is, so it deserves a slight nerf.
Hysteria would limit the design space of "trigger on attack" cards in its pre-nerf form, because any powerfull effect would be abused that way in wild.
So nerfing Hysteria was the hard, but better way than nerfing the Tiller
or justy get rid of that card, nobody would miss it.
Recently crafted Envoy Rustwix and added him to my Warlock deck. I can confirm that he's fun as heck to play!

Do you ever play c'thun in your envoy decks? I love the card- for dedicated c'thun kills I sometimes don't play rustwix at all, just rush to fatigue for nether + 0cost c'thun

Not sure I've seen Combustion on a divine shield minion before. I thought that since the shield absorbs all the damage, there would be no "excess" to carry over to the neighbors.
same interaction with divine shield and explosive runes, excess damage on a divine shield minion means damage - health for some reason instead of how much excess damage the minion actually took
Rigged Faire Game always looks like the elf has a very weird, long neck. Then my brain goes "no, remember, it's a hammer".
Textbook example of how this deck plays out against control decks. Too often I made the mistake of playing Kanrethad (non-Prime) on turn 2, only for it to get hit with Devolving Missiles. Sometimes it’s randomly generated. Don’t make that mistake anymore.

Not that it really matters, but I think they should have frozen golden minions not do their animations because they are frozen. It would be a cool flavor addition.
This was such a wildly dominant game.

why did combustion take out divine at shields 15:55 when it did 0 damage?
It deals "the remainder", so since it did 0, it had 4 left to deal to 'each neighbor', who also had shields, so they also took 0.
If the target had immune instead of divine shield, it'd take 4, not have it's health go down, and there's be no 'remaining' damage to distribute.

Every time I play this deck my Envoy gets polymorphed or silenced right away. Then when I play Vectus it only pulled garbage Death rattles... ☹️
That’s why you wipe your own envoys on the same turn
Yeah against mage, shaman and priest you always want to kill your envoys the turn you play them. It's the main reason to run plague.

So I built this deck , played 10 games lost one. It’s pretty legit I’ve done better with this than I have with cheese pally.
That card was a complete mistake.
Has to be nerfed to 1 prime
In my opinion for that card to be fair it can no longer be a demon and only put in your deck primes in their basic form.
No fun allowed.

What here do you think is designed around youtube and not casual fun while playing? Because that is a design angle the Hearthstone Team was quite keen on since forever. With probably good reasoning behind it
The only real downside to this deck is that sometimes you play half-hour games. Otherwise it's one of the most fun decks in Hearthstone.

I can't be the only one bothered by the design of Rustwix, right? Like, why the fuck give one warlock card the potential to create primes from other classes? Why outclass a bunch of previous legendaries like that with a completely favourless design?
I was just thinking about that lol what kind of shitty unfair choice is that to just give warlock its own prime and three other classes’ primes as well. Along with shitting out board swings for zero mana and refreshing your hand while completing quest at the same time
