This is going to be fun to play because I was volunteering at Bluebell Railway as a Porter today.
Awesome, I've been waiting for steam power to be added.
The red signal bug is not fixed after the last patch.
The Express Freight Northampton-Edge Hill red signal bug appears about half a mile after the first stopping location now.
So it's still unplayable.
We need more than one steam train in the game.

Having owned this for over a week , there was so much hype about this , in a little disappointed to be honest . The scenery density reminds me of TS2022 when you build things . Loco’s are great . Bakerloo with the 38’s is still the best . Some more steam loco’s and other steam routes would be nice
@Comb Filter not really , it’s still a decent experience considering it’s the first adventure in steam for TSW2/3

@@macktink7606 I don't work for DTG but it's extremely unlikely they would back port a DLC to a previous version of the game.
TSW2 is regularly on sale for around £4-9 and you'll have access to most of the TSW1 DLC under TSW2 without having to pay again. (I think 2 of the older locos and one of the older routes were too difficult to upgrade so they're not available on TSW2)

Lol 11 year old console, what u want.
The gen 8 consoles have 8 jaguar cpu cores, very lower power, around the performance of a 2nd i5 2400 quad core with less single threaded performance , that cpu was released 11 years ago. This is a simulator they not going to hold back current consoles or the pc in advacement in tech and simulation expansion to pander to last gen consoles, also TS has its roots on pc, your lucky it performans aswell it does on last gen. Another thing to bear in mind the mechanics, dynamics, the intricacies of simulating a steam locomotive is alot more cpu intensive than a diesel locomotive

sounds are the weakest part of this DLC expectedly, but other than that not bad (admittedly i am biased toward kettles so that may cloud judgement a bit lol). from someone who drives primarily kettles on ts1, it was actually super familiar to pick up lol.
The sounds are recorded from the real life locomotives.
Guise, the Loco is called "Impregnable".
