I’ve often been very surprised at the way your kiddos nap! I have 2 yr old and an 11 month old, my toddler hasn’t napped for like 4 months already, and my baby usually won’t sleep more than 1 1/2 hours. I sometimes don’t know how such a small child functions with so little sleep! But I guess they are just like me and think napping is for old ppl! Lol 😂
Hey Megan! I just thoroughly enjoy your family. Though we are not Mennonite we have similar values so I appreciate a clean channel to watch. Side note on the Peony bushes. When you do get them, plant them a bit away from the house. They attract ants to help them open up so you'll get ants in the house. I also grew up in York, PA so just a little bit away! We had them at our farmhouse growing up. I'm now living in Florida with my own family! We are about the same age!
So love your blogs can relate to you from when I was your age thinking I had to get so much done in in a day....how wrong was I! Eventually years later it takes its toll on you. I too was a teacher. I can say take a step back relax and don't think you have to do everything right now. Have evenings with your family maybe watching a family movie it helps you connect. Busy means busy mess nothing to be proud of, society seems to think we have to do so many things in a day that is so wrong, take time out your family first actually take your self first. Take care 😊
Remember to shallowly plant peony bushes and after cutting to bring in the house, turn them upside down and shake them to make sure you aren't bringing ants in to the house!! Where I grew up in Ohio, we have a Peony Festival every first weekend of June. 💕
The rug is nice, but I think it blends into the flooring... If that is the look you are going for it is nice. If you are looking for something to stand out, maybe pick something that picks up more on the green color of the cabinets? I love how you have transformed your home and I have been taking notes!

I also loved sleep routine and did it till my baby was 1 I have four 5 , 4, ,2, and 1 I was so full on the routine that it really got on my nerves when we were somewhere else or had company and I couldn't get my kids to go to nap On time I think for me the Main reason for routine was they all went to nap at the same time so I could also rest some or quickly get some stuff done

My son returned to napping when he started kindergarten! He could hardly keep his eyes open after a day at school. He had initially stopped napping at 3 years old.

I’m a redhead and they use to have crazy strict rules about not wearing pink or red. So glad things have changed. Everything my husband has ever bought or picked out for me has been pink or white. LOL.

One thing I have loved to cover up a bit more with is a Felina cardigan. My grandmother actually gave me it as part of a sleepwear set with a nightgown but no one would ever guess it’s pajamas! It’s super lightweight and breathable but helps me feel more comfortable if the dress or shirt I’m wearing is a tank top. Love it!

Also it is really easy for finding a certain style of Lularoe dress that I know my size and looks good on me. I was able to get it in tons of patterns for super cheap!

I would not keep the rug. But for me is a I don't want carpet of any kind in my kitchen. Cleaning spill off of it is not easy!!! And your tile is so much easier to clean.
I love target rugs for the kitchen . I think the rug is nice but I agree it’s a little busy . Maybe something a little more muted with shades of cream and beige would look nice too. I prefer small cushioned vinyl rugs in front of sink or stove to ease standing. Any other rugs will eventually get so dirty with kitchen traffic and spills.
