While I think that there have been some incredible scientific achievements at the LHC. I doubt it could outperform the immense collisions created during the big bang or the formation of Blackhole, the collisions created during a supernova event. Considering the universe has survived these events I doubt or at least find it highly unlikely, the HLC could create anything in excess of these forces which have not already been created. Yet the universe is still standing.
