What do you know to change target? Do you click or do you have frames binded?

I have frames bind to the scroll wheel on my mouse. Up is 1 down is 2 and shift is a modifier to target myself. I also have a modifier to target enemy frames but unless I’m playing disc priest or preservation evoker I don’t bother with that as much.
