So...Jai sends me to do all the work for him to get the guns and after I give them to him, he throws me a pistol and stands as gatekeeper to all the rest of the guns which he'll only give me after I do more shit for him. Aiden is a moron.
the aberration doesnt seem to count as a survivor mission anymore
Am I the only one that thinks this is way too much for some basic firearms ?
It is. You should just be able to buy them from a vendor and use regular currency with your level being the only thing needed to meet requirements… not some agent level too.. that’s just extra
It is the xp amount u earn is Sht also and the waiting period sucks
you can use any gre abberations it doesnt only have to be in old villedor, just wanted to say this to help but if you want a easier one to go to, go to the one by the carnage hall fast travel. and for also farming demolishers with it go to c-a-05 on the garrison highway, also sadly using xp boosters does not boost legend xp from gre abberations, but if im wrong tell me
Do you know if there are any gre aberrations with chargers?
I don't think there is one with a charger spawn, but I'm pretty sure you after you complete the first objective on priceless two objects will pop up and you go to the second objective and I'm pretty sure a banshee, goon, or a charger can spawn there but i didn't try to farm them when i ranked up jai so i don't know if this will help.
C-a-05 are goons not demolishers

There's an even quicker way. You can do the complete 10 survivor missions as you mentioned but can also do the "kill 3 demolishers in a survivor Misson". To do this go to the the GRE aberration near the fish eye on the collapsed bridge. When you do it has a demolisher in the arena aswell. It's easier if you have a glitched weapon as you'll be able to one shot. Completing these 2 challenges will give 600 rep and will make you level up more faster. Hope this helped :)

Big thank you for this i burnt myself from grinding 250 legend lvl and stopped playing for 6 months but this guy has only 10 rank but the bounties are almost 3 times less rewarding than the others so its so grindy. Thanks again.
Btw any gre aberration works thats why i specifically go to the gre aberration in the new found lost land to the south of the fish eye cause it's in a location it's easy to avoid volatiles and the aberration jumos right to you

You can do the 10 missions and the demolisher one at the same time bc one aberration has a demo in it. C-A-91 Saint Paul Island.
If y'all don't have a glitched weapon, and gotta use the best you got by default, use a max upgraded health Regen inhaler. You're gonna get swarmed with so many enemies.
I did it with muscle inhaler
There's also gun challenges in the game, is there one where you can use the shotgun and smg to kill a volatile and a banshee? It's the only stuff I have left to do but I don't have enough time to grind this stuff out.
Random tip I found out the other day if you're down and need to be revived highlight your co-op plays icon on the map screen is hold X to teleport you have to make sure the other player on the map is not moving around for the teleport button will not work

I think I'll wait till they adjust the exp and grind of this (which tbh is probably gonna happen with how much the community is speaking up about and looking for ways to deal with, strongly think it's gonna change)

just wanna say that there is a quicker aberration and its the one closest to carnage hall and all u have to have unlocked is level 2 grappling hook and all you have to do is with a glitched weapon grapple where the revenent spawns

I'm trying to do the demolisher technique but I can't find him, I'm exactly at C-A-55 and there is no demolisher, I've looked under the bridge, in the surroindings and nothing, probably will try to do the first method, tho my gre anomalies aren't counting as survivor missions
This is probably patched - for me the GRE doesn't count as survivor missions.
The one on the bridge near the fisheye has a demoshiler and the boss jumps to only 3 different points. This way you can do two weekly missions at once
Where is it specifically?
@@ulquiorracifer9205 head south jumping from aidens room at the fisheye. You’ll se the overground train rails and next to it the bridge. Keep going south and you’ll see it. I think it’s the only anomaly on a bridge. There was a history mission in that area if it helps
@@ulquiorracifer9205 if you “fly” using the fan right next to jai or whatever his name is, you can get to the anomaly in one fly from the fisheye. So it’s really easy. Jump from there, do 2 weekly missions, once you finish both, change the date and then teleport to the fisheye, select again the same 2 weekly missions and do it all over again. Rinse and repeat

By the way the camo paint used for camouflage when you go to New Game Plus it takes it away

To be honest u don't need to use it to kill the gre aberration u would get 1500 without the xp booster
Even if you change the date and time, the weekly bonus in regular survivor missions won’t reset. You need a network connection and wait for the following week to come. So grindy.
how come i dont have the gre mission at my location to start it? ive already did the gre mission before this update
I am playing DL2 right now. Looking at this im starting to doubt if i continue. All these missions for a gun? Rather have a trainer to load em in.
great legend points farm also that gre , just like before the patch where we could grapple it ;)

The way I grinded my way for tokens is just doing the toxic work environment mission on elite and then just throwing DIY grenades at the group and only takes 3 min max

A little tip if you do the gre aberration next to the vnc tower you can do the 10 missions and if u have a glitched weapon you can do the defeat 3 demolishers mission there to because 1 will always spawn when you start it and that mission also gives you 300 xp for jai so you will be making 600 xp every time
It doesn’t give me Jai credit for the demolishers, but it does seem to give some kind of a credit for doing the “challenge“. Typical techland. 😔
You gotta make sure to "track" the bounty first. If you aren't tracking it, nothing counts as progress@@ckeilah

I just don't have it in me to grind those agents anymore. Shen xiu was enough for me. Harper missions don't have anything i wanna grind for and the guns aren't worth it to me that much. Especially since I have the Scorpio and the service pistol. Only other gun I want is the tech but I'm not stressing it

So where can I download mods to give myself the guns? The grinds very dumb and logically doesn't make sense to actually go through the trouble.

An update just happened , and now I’m trying to do this weekly bounty 10 survivor missions completed , it seems this GRE aberration is not working for the survivor mission :( not sure if they patched it now ?

In NIGHT time Just go to vnc tower and go on the lift while you are in the lift press jump button continuously and you wille be able to get around 250 - 300 xp for one time if you do this continuously you will be able to get more xp
Or just...go in a chase and run around for the multipliers...

How to reset the bounty cooldown?
1. You need a glitched weapon to do this. They have been patched haven’t they?
2. You don’t earn RP for defeating the GRE Abborotions so it counts as a mission but you get no purchasing power.
3. Resetting the date is difficult on Xbox. You need to be connected to the internet to play this game and changing the date doesn’t work on Xbox X. Do you have a work around for this?

This has been patched. I tried many times but number of my survivor mission never increased.. After wasting two hours in completing various missions, I used cheat engine... I changed the value of my RP to 99999 and then cleared another survivor mission.. Viola... I reached to level 10 instantly... Grinding is a waste of time... Just use cheat engine and reach to highest level.. Besides, except shotgun, other guns are not impressive.. I use shotgun only to kill volatile..
My file is corrupt on psn. Close to 600 hours gone. I tried starting over but they patched everything

how do you unlock the GRE aberrations, they haven't popped up for me
Lazykiller, I THINK you have to just travel around the map - and when you get close to where one is supposed to be - a “?” will pop up on the Map,
go to it and one of the GRE Aberration spots will appear. And I’m not sure how many total there are, without going back & double checking. I think there’s at least 5 or 6 on various spots around the Map ??

You have to beat the Anomaly first, then the poster shows up to take on the Aberration variant

Topical techland. Release the game and take the first 2 years smoothing it all out and end up with a masterpiece. Same with the first dying light.

You can’t its not possible
Can confirm that it does not work on Xbox even if you change the time to the next day it won’t update the in game countdown
You have to change it to offline and make your Xbox your home Xbox in settings then it works

If you're playing on PlayStation, the DLC is free The weapon is super easy to get, but the method doesn't work anymore since GRE aberrations Don't count as survivor missions anymore
For me I unlocked the guns with mod. That grind is too much for me personally.

There should be a few around the map. See if those are there. There are comments on this video on where to find them

I will never change the time again on my PC: It did fuck it up big time with windwos updates and other stuff, everyone that change the time will have this problem, you may not see it instantly but you will realize it later with updates, files, games and so on by changing the time over and over again Better to just grind it out or use a mod to get all new stuff, seen people still grinding this crap after months LOL

On pc, go to settings, then time and language, then date and time, and make sure set time automatically is turned off and u should be good

how do you change bow and cross bow ammunition?
Hold the weapon swap key and press E or Q, or what ever the console buttons are, it shows the swappable ammo in the middle of the wheel that pops up when holding the weapon key down
