Yes bro that's been a gripe forever now. I shouldn't be able to throw the ball all over the field in the rain without limitations. Same for trying to make tackles. I just hope one day it upgrades to dynamic weather like Forza where it changes multiple times in a game from sprinkles, storming, then stops/starts.

Not to mention they said they have fixed recruiting so you can’t just win 10 games with a bad team one year and then all of a sudden sign a ton of 4 and 5 star players. Rebuilding teams truly will be a grind.

I agree I like it. I plan on making North Texas a powerhouse slowly by taking athletes from Dallas and picking their positions but I did use to abuse that one guy as a returner/QB/WR/CB so I love this also

Even simulated kneel downs and clock burn at the end of the game. Thats something small but something I’ve been waiting for. Seems like they really went in depth with this game.
I love Wear and tear because I have to think about resting my starters in the second half when I’m blowing out Middle Tennessee St, so they’re rested when I play Oklahoma the next week
It's also a good way to play freshman and young players and not have them transfer

That's why even back in the day, I only bought NCAA every other year, their weren't enough changes and updates to make a new purchase worth it. I figured that out quickly amd they didn't scam me for money.

Because the college game is a faster game in general. Its always been this way between the 2 games. Thats what makes them feel different despite using the same engine

I just want the ball carrier movement to be quick and fluid like 2014. Madden never got this right. I want to be able to do double jukes with the thumb stick and then watch the replay of broken ankles. That was always my favorite part of 2014. The running just felt fluid and responsive.
This and the change to the option offenses is going to be the biggest upgrades if they function correctly 😊

This game won’t be for casuals. Football IQ will matter in this game. Love how they’re putting emphasis on it being a “chess match,” because that’s exactly what football is. Gone are the days of cheezing your way through with money plays, and in are the days of actually having to read defenses & adapt!

The versatility of the offenses you can run really make NCAA games great: triple option, spread option, west coast, air raid, etc. You can get very innovative with playbooks and run anything you want.. not to mention all of the other new features to improve the realness. Stoked for this game!

When they made college football all those years ago it was still better than madden at 1 point so yeah they had time for this game but this not the first time a NCAA game been better than madden

The toughest places to play didn’t have a the same effect the stadium pulse did though. The toughest places to play concept didn’t really play a factor after playing the game so many times and so many seasons
@@thomasroyal8809 if you were in the top 25 you could achieve the rattled effect on away teams QB’s. I think they upgraded the effects in this iteration though it sounds like.

I think the passing meter is so innovative, and realistic. Depending on your skill combined with the QBs attributes makes it so realistic; now it’ll be more and challenging and harder to complete passes against better defense.Just like how MLB The Show has the pitching meter.

What separates the NFL from College is obviously the passion & just the love for college sports/football. Even if it’s a “reskin” or whatever you still can’t even fathom how important a game like this is for fans on CFB.

I can remember playing NCAA '06 (Yea im that old lol). Pregame, I would substitute certain WRs out in certain packages so they weren't playing the entire game. E.g I would have Quan Cosby in the slot for the Singleback formation just so Billy Pittman didn't play the entire game and fatigue. The fatigue factor sucked back then but I still did it anyway to try to make it realistic. Now it being 20 years later and being incorporated into the game makes me feel like a 15 year old all over again!
I would set up formation subs where my running QB would run my option formations and my pocket passer ran the shotgun formations. Against the computer it has no idea. Didn't work so well against a human that would pick up on that. Lol.

I love how when you look at your receiver lines they are shifting squiggly lines when the stadium is noisy. That’s damn cool. It would be cool if there was some particle effect on your opponents based on what their AI is planning to do. Like if you’re a senior QB and your spent time that week studying film you should easily be able to tell if the linebacker is going to blitz. But if you’re a freshman who focused on your brand that week you don’t get the particle effect and have to guess.
Judging by the blog it does appear that this will be the case with player/coaching abilities. The depth of this game initially is refreshing.

I got a quick question will you be able to play with a classic throwing style because I'm not a big fan of the hold the button till the bar turns green type of player. When they first introduced something like that into Madden I never really played with it because I really hated it. So will I be struggling here in this game if classic throwing option is not there.

The spin moves looks smooth and faster. The passing meter looks easier to time and simple. The skill move in general look better and smoother. Looks faster getting side line to side line instead of madden being slow . I’m so ready for this game . I’m gonna play quick games first to get feel and just amaze of the game it self. Obviously look at the roster . Then start my road to glory . But I’m more hype bring a team like sam Houston . Utep utsa bring them up .

Hey Eric In the new college football game I know there are abilities but like in Madden when choosing a playbook will it tell u what type of players u need to fit your offense or defense? For example for the spread u need a scrambler at QB etc.
