There are 2 reliable ways to identify an overbought and an oversold market, I will explain them both. One of them is using an oscillating indicator, but it's probably not the one you think.

hello again thanks for the vid.. been tinkering with emas... ive set it with 200 100 50 i used mostly for bias and dynamic support & resistance... switch is 3 10 my first signal... dots at 10 for confirmation... approach is 3 pillars... confluence candlesticks engulfing harami 3 soldiers 3 crows pinbars at supply demand zones... am i doing it right?... i forgot your settings for rsi? why 14 5 5 not 14 3 3 for the stochs? smoothness? do you use macd, would love to know your settings...

      Hello again (always a pleasure)!
You are doing it right by the sounds of it. You are using the 50 as dynamic S/R which is brilliant. You are looking for a trigger as the price bounces from the 50 with the patterns, 3/10 cross, and the Dots.
The Stoch smoothness is up to you, the 5 is fine for me, the 3 makes it a little choppy, but many traders like the 3 settings. As you know from the video, I have no use for the signal line.
I don't use the MACD, using the moving averages the way I do replaces amy need for the MACD
