Do you mean lots where builders are reading to build? There are a few of those communities let. Not so much where you have a vacant lot and some pre-approved building plans.
@@livinginnorthernaz Same as Sunset Hills, seems they are few if any.. so when pone buys the mobile home, it comes with the land.. but them prices400K ++ for mobile a home are crazy, looking around max 200K since prices will go down soon.
I've learned that there are some 45+ & 50+ in the lower desert areas of Phoenix. Are there any in the Sedona area? I've also learned that many 55+ communities will allow a small percentage of under 55 folks. Do the communities in this video allow that? I'm 48. Thank you and your channel is informative.
There are 3 main 55+ areas in Sedona, two are in Parks with a land lease, and another community where you own the home and the land it sits on. There is at least another 55+ community in Oak Creek Canyon, but not a lot of sales in that area. Hard to get to in winter time. Some places will allow you to move in if you are slightly under 55, but you would need to talk with the community managers. I think they decide on an individual basis.
Prescott Valley is the worst place, they destroyed the pronghorn herd and now want to run a 5 lane freeway through the Dells, which will end them. They want to make it the biggest city in Northern Arizona. Horrible.
The weather in PV is one of best in Arizona, neither super hot in summer nor super cold in winter. So, I can understand why it would become more developed.
Great video. Looking at that as a potential way to get into the Verde Valley. :)
Thanks, great topic Dawn.. is there any home/Land packages around the area please? not into paying land rents.
