You should most definitely upgrade your HDD to a SATA SSD, the HDD is likely the source of your stutters and any slowdowns you experience on Windows its self. Not sure how familiar you are with computers but if you do that you will need to install Windows from scratch, etc so just keep that in mind.

Why would I install Linux I feel windows 10 is a better OS cause it has the most support with the apps/games/engines I use, but Linux is pretty interesting,

@@TheKingDevZ well, linux is actually supporting most things that windows can nowadays with wine, soda, steam proton, etc and it comes with so much upsides that even the things like not being able to play some anticheat games well become small. And better yet, if you are cautious, you can even dual boot before you full install to get the feel of it and if you don't like it just delete it and be on your day (not to advertise but I happen to have a tutorial on that...) ofcourse linux isn't for everyone, it is getting more user friendly but it is not fully there yet, but seeing as this video is of you replacing ram you must be pretty technically adequate so I think it could really benefit you if you atleast try it but that's just me. thanks for reading this massive comment lol
