Steak with creamy yabby sauce Ep.18

A quick meal while working of Rib Fillet and creamy garlic blueclaw crayfish (yabbies) with vegetables. I also talk about my saucepan set I have in the van and we have a short video at the end of our yabby catching outing.

yes, without the seafood it's a basic creamy garlic sauce. I just like to add the cream a little bit at a time, let it reduce and then add more, that way it doesn't take as long to reduce and doesn't burn on the bottom.
