I was curious about how lanolin was extracted. I knew it had something to do with sheep, which made me concerned for the welfare of the animals. Now that I see it comes from their wool, which can be harvested without hurting the animals at all, I do not feel bad about using it in my products and may purchase some lanolin to try it out. Thank you for this educational video.
1. Get a sheep and make it friendly by giving treats 2. Stroke friendly sheep 3. Stroke own hair 4. leave lanolin in your hair for a while and wash out 5. Beautiful hair
+Lillian Jenkins Correct., Sheep only need to be shaved/shorn to get the lanolin, it is NOT NECESSARY to kill the sheep to get the lanolin, in fact it's counter-productive since sheep produce wool/lanolin for the entirety of their lives.
