    this is new to me. I haven't had egusi pudding before. It looks like the process of making moi moi steamed beans in Nigeria. This must really be very tasty. The leaves you used, will give a unique and authentic flavour.

    I was in primary school the last time i had Egusi cake and i remember it having an insect like thing in it. I love this one and will be giving it a try

    Hi Yvonne, I like the combination of the ingredients here wrapping in banana leaves and cooking the in an air fryer makes it more efficiently cooked.

    I've never tried egusi pudding before. The fish stock and crayfish will add a great flavour to the pudding. Nicely seasoned and prepared and I'll definitely try making it.

    The traditional leaves makes the pudding so authentic, I like how you washed the leaves. Umm the touch of black pepper is a big plus for me. The ingredients in the mixture tells how delicious this pudding is. I can perceive the aroma of the leaves. Outcome looks so beautiful and appetising

    I have not tried this before always make my Egusi as soup, the stock fish and crayfish will make one
    leaks hand as never😁, very well seasoned. Will love to try this some day.

    Hi Yvonne, thanks for sharing. You made it look so easy. What setting did you use on the instant pot? I will love to cook it in an instant pot.

      The setting I used was pressure cook 20min but I checked 10min after just to be sure there was still some water in the pot.you have to mind the quantity of water added you don't want water to get inside.thanks for watching.
