@@TheWimmse Just to let you know. "shitty EDM" is what 90% of people would describe Techno as... Taste differs. Try to find the good parts in music, instead of making it a team-sport, where calling other genres shitty is more important than actually listening to good music.
to this day, I don't know a single genre that does not have any good songs, just like I've never heard any, where people didn't produce shitty interpretations... Quality is Quality and Taste is Taste.

Yes @Yalcin! I would love for you to go through the synthesis of this sound with Diva
Assign LFO to the filter cutoff, automate to taste. Map the LFO Rate to a MIDI controller and play around with it to get a feel. Record some MIDI overdub and then correct as necessary.
Choose a free running LFO instead of sync'ed to smooth it out and take it off-grid, unless you prefer a "stepped" sound. You could also try this with the Amplifier rather than the Filter Cutoff.
There's an excellent Ableton Pack that is great for this as well, FlexGroove. It's useful in a variety of situations.

Nice ! I've seen all the series from Andrew and seeing it now done in a techno setting is cool. It teaches me as a starting producer a lot, seeing different methods and different results, interpretations etc. Really cool, i hope more will follow !
