Sir agar mera exam nov 2024 mein hai ( aur abhi maine apna final mein registration nahin krwaya hai ) pr mere both groups of intermediate cleared hain toh mujhe konse sets applicable hai

IBS, become a nightmare now. Cleared group 1 around 3-4 years ago. Do not remember anything ABT grp-1 now. It seems dat even if we do dt, idt, this IBS would become a menace for those students who have cleared grp-1 long time ago. It's like even after clearing grp-1, icai wants us to reappear for group-1. Imagine carrying 7 papers materials in open book exam of IBS.

For students already registered under old Syllabus, Is it necessary to apply for conversion from old Syllabus to new Syllabus or will it automatically get converted ?

Automatically, it will be converted after the results of nov 23 . Also, you can voluntarily convert now in ssp.

I am cleared my CA final first group around 8 years back and subsequent to that due to a combination of reasons including failure, mother's demise, marriage and other reasons had to take a break. Just when I decide to resume studies, this course change has come about. Please advice whether it's even possible due to this new Integrated Business Solution, since so much time has lapsed since I cleared first group,

I am an old course CA Final student automatically converted to new scheme for May24 and I have taken drop for May 24 attempt so do I have to clear SET C OR D of Self Placed or do I have to clear only Set A & B before Nov 24
You have to clear set A and B only before Nov 24 examination
Sir it is mentioned in point no.06 that those students who have passed intermediate (7 Papers ) will get exemption EITHER in Set-C OR Set-D

What is exemption criteria in SPOM scheme?? If a student cleared the SPOM set a and b but cleared either of the groups, then at the time of appearing for balance group, shall he required to give SPOM set a or B( as the case may be) again to clear that group???

It will take some time to earn your faith dear, the intention is no way to intimidate you, in fact I even suggested
1. No need for lectures for a month, wait for icai lectures
2. First year be extra cautious for IBS and nothing to worry for SPM
3. After a year picture for IBS will be more clear and mostly paper may get diluted

I agree with your point. In 2014 i took his lectures for IDT. He only taught customs well in starting classes then after that he taught excise and service tax pathetically worst. Atul agrawal is our saviour and best person. You must refer what he told for IBS. And simply igone this person. I wonder how these faculties are surviving in the market with such poor teaching skills
