David Bussell He's good, no doubt, but I don't think he can even compare to the great pianists of our time. It's hard to tell, he doesn't really put up videos of technically challenging pieces, just his own arrangements/improvisations of popular music.

Hey Kyle, technical question! Throughout most of the piece, your left hand's wrist stays below the level of the keys, even though it's far from being ergonomically correct. Vladimir Horowitz also used to play like this, so he must have had good reason. Does playing with your wrist low like that allow for softness you can't do otherwise? Thanks!
It allows you to give more "weight" to the tone (weight oft your arm supports the fingers), so you can play with more volume without the risk of getting a "hard" tone :)

Shouldn't do that all the time of course, but its nearly always needed when playing J.S.Bach. Lerning the Goldberg Variations at the moment and i find it quite hard to really get used to it :)
My mouth dropped open the second you started playing! Oh a little advice on buying pianos, Steinways are very good but If you get a Baldwin Piano, you get more for your money and they have better sound! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
