Before I forget, let me say that Ren has a huge likeability about him, a great personality and awesome public relations skills. Secondly, I wish to share that every year thousands of cows, buffalos, sheep and camels are sacrificed during Hari Raya Haji, yet, the population of these animals never drops. We believe it is due to the blessings of Allah. Indeed, Allah wants to test Prophet Ibrahim's allegiance and loyalty to God and asked Ibrahim to sacrifice his son, Ismail. However, before Ibrahim could sacrifice his son in the name of God, and because of his willingness to do so, God provided him with a lamb to sacrifice in his son's place. Part of their meat is consumed by the family that offers the animal, while the rest of the meat is distributed to the poor and the needy. Good job Sho and Ren!

I just wanted to make some correction.
Prophet Ibrahim was not hesitant. Even his son, prophet Ismail told him if it is the order from Allah, then his father must slaughter him.
This is the real meaning of sacrifice. Prophet always follow what Allah ask him to do. Indeed this is the test from Allah.
Prophet Ibrahim was already about to slaughter his son. The knife already on his son neck. The moment he want to slaughter him, Allah ask an angel to exchange his son with "kibash" (an animal bigger than goat, smaller than cow) in split second
Prophet Ibrahim was very pure. He willing to follow Allah instruction even to sacrifice his son

Also a nice fact to know:
In islam, we have been thought theoretically that one have to cut the 2 important nerves at the neck of the cow (or any livestock for food) in one fast movement without lifting the knife so that the cow won't suffer any pain. The reason why the cow moves after the cut is just there's still energy that stayed inside the cow's body (or meat). That's also why the blood is spurting, since the heart is technically still moving because of all the residual energy resided inside it. That way, all the blood will flow outside and the slaughtered cow is technically "clean" from all the blood, making a cleaner and healthier meat.

Brother Sho it might have been shocking the meat sacrifice but we Muslims do this in as part of our faith and give out this sacrificed meat to those who cant afford to buy or consume meat. The bloodiness of the buffalo is similar to that of big tuna fish, whale meat being cut in or beside Japanese fish boats

Ren is so cute, clever, kakkoi, polite and his Malay is good too!!! Thank you encik Faiz for inviting them. Anyway, even us who watch the slaughter process almost every year still sometimes got speechlesa 😅
In some other muslim countries, they slaughter the animals just near their house. But in Malaysia, we are not suppose to do that, and one of the reasons is so that we dont offend our Hindu friends. That is why we will only slaughther in certain places, mosque mostly. And it's safer too in term of teamwork 😁
