All of you looks so lovely and happy to know you all finally get to experience Hari Raya open house for the first time. Also kudos to the host for inviting them. One thing I wish to remind Zuchan though, Muslim do not say "Cheers" because it's traditionally use for expressing good wishes when holding a glass of alcohol. Hence it's a No-No for them to say "Cheers" or "Toast" before drinking. Though I am sure some don't mind but just be aware. 😊

You got it right ! "Sarsi" is Root Beer in English. And is exactly the drink that A&W is famous for !!! Brunei is a small Muslim country in Borneo, on the same side where Malaysian states of Sabah & Sarawak are located. Izzah's mother is from this country called Brunei, a very rich Sultanate with its wealth from its rich oil resources. There was a time when lots of Chinese Malaysians flocked to Brunei to work for Shell Petroleum company., earning excellent "oil" money tax-free. But life in Brunei is very boring, no night-life with lots of restrictions imposed by government. Also, the world is now for non-fossil fuel & Brunei is no longer an attractive place for foreigners to seek employment.

One small little tiny comment from me, please take it positively. In future if you shake hands please see their eyes or faces. I know you were recording a video then. Seeing the eyes is a manifestation of sincerity especially among the Malays, whats more if the ones that you are shaking hand is much older than you.
