Even if you have all the shitty cops, having the aura of people like Conan makes everyone lighten up...even without crims playing cops, there are still fun cops but I don't think they handle much cuz they're letting cadets and newer cops to handle situations to see how they do(i think), like good cops like Mac, shotz, kyle idk
A lot of it depends on who the leading officer is. Remember when Cornwood was on all the time and lead chases in a tractor, those situations made everyone else treat things less seriously.

Dude, Ramee can teach a masters course on creative RP. He easily turned a boring transaction into a hilarious scenario with a potential to open up into a variety of outcomes. People can talk shit on him all they want but you can not deny his ability to shit out gold casually or that you wouldn't also be upset when someone craps on your effort to create something interesting with low-energy BS or by completely denying RP. It is not easy to name people who are better at improvising and it's so cool so many with similar talents are on NoPixel.
