For open parking areas 2D details are to be mentioned, length x breadth. For covered parking areas 3D details are to be mentioned, length x breadth x height.

    The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) is set to implement the state's first Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. This system, aimed at modernizing traffic management and enhancing road safety, will become operational by the first week of June. The expressway sees an average traffic flow of around 40,000 vehicles on weekdays and 60,000 on weekends, according to highway police and senior MSRDC officials.
    In a significant development, the High Court has lifted the stay on the acquisition of a key property fronting the Khadki railway station, removing a major obstacle in the widening of the old Mumbai-Pune Highway. The property, which houses Jaihind Cinema and a hotel, had been a contentious issue in the Municipal Corporation's road expansion plan.
    Jaihind Cinema, located opposite Khadki railway station, is currently on a 99-year lease from the Khadki Cantonment Board. Recently, the cinema space was also used to accommodate a hotel, complicating the land acquisition process for the highway project.
    The case was heard by Justice Nitin Jamdar and M. M. Sathye, who upheld the compensation assessment conducted by the Public Works Department. The court ordered that the agreed compensation amount be deposited, thereby lifting the stay on the property's acquisition.
    This court ruling marks a critical step forward in the highway expansion project, which is expected to alleviate traffic congestion and improve connectivity between Mumbai and Pune.

    Maharera is toothless bill. Builder lobby requested govt to come up with this scam to give buyer an illusion of safety net. Rera doesn’t have order execution powers. Builders will behave as they used to & last option for buyer is to goto court only which 99.99% buyers won’t opt to. My suggestion is don’t invest in property as its ROI is anyways somewhere less than 5% at best which is less than even FD. Plus prices are unrealistic so better save your money and move to B towns for better quality of life. Hope this helps.

    But for this circular, what about if we already done the agreement? Called builder but they saying parking will be allocated and it's details like exact location will be at time of possession

    If the parking details and dimensions are not mentioned at the time of agreement of sale, only 1 parking is mentioned. Then in such case, how should we get the details about our parking? Still 3 years to go before possession.

    I brought a resale property for which no parking allotment letter was issued by the builder. Only verbal communication was given to the old couple. Like this for many other owners had the same case.
    Now, how can i claim for the parking that was assignwed to my first owner.
    Shall i go back to the builder and ask for the copy. As after noticing many first owners went and got the letter from builder.

    Parking details are mentioned in the agreement not in the allotment letter. As per the current ruling, the parking layout will have to be finalised before the agreement which I think will be very difficult to comply with.

      Please read the first point in the circular👇🏻
      the number, type and size as well as the place where parking is booked / allotted by / to an allottee should be mentioned in the allotment letter and the agreement for sale being entered into by promoters with allottees and the parking layout plan sa approved by the planning authority showing the particulars as above should be annexed to the allotment letter / agreement for sale;

      Yes, It’s difficult to comply with, but developers have to follow this. This will reduce the buyer’s pain. After the agreement, buyers often fight with developers for the parking space, its particular location, and the type of parking.

      @@SaudaGhar Agreed buyers will be relieved. However the condition of mentioning in the allotment is a bit too IMHO. In our case fortunately the parking details are mentioned in the agreement atleast. Moreover builder didn't allocate it we chose it..

    I am going to get flat under redevelopment in Mumbai within 6 months work is going on at site but developer not allow any member to inspect their flat till date. Hence before taking possession from the developer we would like make technical inspection of flat regarding area,, construction quality etc. Pl suggest reputed technical inspection agency .       In Life republic , many restrictions, you feel like subscriber of property not owner. Post sell CRM behaviour until possession is worst, Builder don't entertain you for post possession issue. Many issues heating are pending on civil court no solution after many years
