- So far the only issue we are having is with our packages, we both ordered a few things from different online stores (Amazon,PLT) and unfortunately they were not able to be delivered and did not go past customs. Henny was able to get a full refund from Amazon but my order wasn’t able to be returned to PLT nor were they able to help me with my refund. Since both of our orders were over 150Euros i guess they look at it as a sus transaction and thing we are buying things overseas and trying to re sell here since the currency is different (not exactly sure tho) however the care package that my family sent came through and we were so excited to be able to finally receive something. Thank you guys for being apart of our little journey even on the rough days 🤍

So sweet for family package; but after traveling and sending packages overseas ziplock bags are your best bet. I don’t know how many times my husband was thankful for lotion, shampoo, diet mt. Dew, peanut butter, etc… was in a bag. 💖💖💀

That sucks that its such a major operation to send/receive packages..... not to mention expensive ! But it was wonderful that your folks were doing that for you ! I wonder if you could do something like set up an account on Amazon and list things that you want and your fams could sent to to you through there ?! Take care !!
