Thanks for posting. All the years I've lived around here, I never went wandering around there. I just figured someone ownes all of those places.

@@adventureswithmessy6655 it's my understanding, because of all the graffiti, and all, they tore it down because it had become an "attractive nuisance". I was surprised to see all that at the sites you went to also. It will be an excuse for the gov't to tear them down as well, unfortunately.

Great views of the Yellow Jacket. We stayed at the Hotel room nearest to the mine and had some interesting experiences. You know that scores of miners died in the fire in the mine.

If you guys show some history of the places you visit and pictures of what it looked like, you'd really be making some popular and shareable videos.

Grew up in Reno, so love and miss the Comstock. Careful.poking around there unless you have permission from owner, county catches you and you'll be in bracelets

The old mine and mill buildings are really cool. Do you know the story behind steam locomotive 100? Looks a lot like Sierra 100 that was on the Sierra Railroad in California then the White Mountain Scenic Railroad (1964-1976) then the Heber Creeper in Utah (until the '80s) and then was purchased by the Fred Kepner collection and stored in Oregon.

If you guys show some history of the places you visit and pictures of what it looked like, you'd really be making some popular and shareable videos. After all, anyone can make these videos you're making. If you want to make good videos, you'll have to put some effort and history research into them.

The hillbilly music is not appropriate. Gold Hill was a mining town with 7500 people and was a business center along with Virginia City. No hillbillies.
