With my 18 years of experience in various fields including Teaching, wherein I have closely worked with youngsters, I got an understanding of what reality is and how to translate that in one’s life.
I had my share of ups and downs even few failures but I have always come out stronger & wiser. Pooja Patil Jambotkar is a Postnatal Fitness Trainer & Country Leader for Kangatraining.
She is also the winner of Mrs India & Mrs Asia International.
She has 18 years of experience in various fields like Legal, Teaching, Fashion, Fitness, Event Curation and Fitness.
She has made various IP’s like: Kangathon (Mothers day), Papathon (Fathers day celebration), Kangafest (Children's Day), Mrs. Mommy (Pageant for moms), AWW Awards, Knight and Dam (Talent

It's really good for us and clarify the difference between "what u want" and "what u can"..nd these six process are very important for us.
What we want & what we can. These 2 words can change our life. We need to choose it by heart ,not just to survive. Well said Pooja. I also do what I want, along with what I can do because some of the work were have to do for our survival but by doing what we want can bring happiness in life.
On 12 November 2025 I will also speak in TEDx and inspire people by my life story.

I think, it is very good to a good speak.
If you really want to achieve something in life so first of all choose whatever you want with dedication because you can everything but but you cannot choose many things in one time and whatever you want behonest with believing your self.

Your life story is very inspirational for someone who is going through a bad patch in life. Success has many stories but coming out of failure mode is very difficult as nothing works during that stage. It is more difficult when you fall from a height of success and suddenly realise that things which were working earlier are not working now and impacting in opposite direction.

Currently I am an employee working for an NGO. My work place is terrible. Most of the time I had to endure mental torture. Now I am so sick & mentally unstable. But unfortunately I'm unable to leave my job because my family needs financial support. I wanna get rid of this mental torture. However, to make myself relax and feel better I watch this sort of video.

I m going to tell you that if you have goal in your life that you really achieve it then you have to be practical And will move forward practically after getting knowledge to a large extent .now And then we averted from our aim but it is Normal because some situation in life makes thinking someone so Deep I become difficult for him to get rid off from life but with time a Person become lighter And again try towards his aim ..this is the story of every One life but actual life is One in which face is smiled And having patience whatever situation is .....because short life with happiness is everything .
