- This song Ed's Place was written by guitarist and songwriter Hank Garland. The tune was recorded in 1960 on the album "Velvet Guitar".
This is our trio interpretation of this jazzy blues....
Pascal Ammann - guitar
Martin Meyer - drums
and me on double bass - Arno Schulz
We are the Jazz trio "The Three Dices"
Great!love the drummer by the way
For reason of nostalgia I preferred the black and white video lay out. This tune is very close to a Grant Green tune. Thanks for posting!
great playing: just subscribed!
Sounds great guys! Awesome drummer...
Amazing. Inspiring.
Superb musicianship.
You guys are AMAZING! Nice bass solo! I love the authentic 1940's and 1950's look and sound. Oh, how I wish we could go back in time. Now subbed and a big fan! More please!

Superb musicianship but you all must keep very serious faces as in Moon light in Vermont. Great art performance.
🤝💯YES
It's the hair gel 😂
Really fantastic. Do you happen to know the make & model of guitar here?
It looks like a D'angelico
Its a old one from the 50' - the brand is levin...
I can't see a pickup selector switch - is there one?
Ups, yes you are right! Thats the sonntag (angelico new yorker model) and not the levin... 😅
It's a faithful reproduction of a 50's d‘angelico new yorker cutaway, custom built by the great stefan sonntag from augsburg, germany.
the 2 knobs are both volume controls.. 1for each pickup..
thanks for watching! :)
What kind of guitar are you playing? It looks custom.
