What you call Kebab is Dürüm I think.

@@falexless6530 I don't know how it is called in the West but in Turkey, we use these.
Dürüm is a roll with variety of ingredients and any kind of meat is the primary ingeridient.
The bread version is just called "Ekmek Arası", literally means "Between The Bread"
Döner is the meat that's cooked by rotating it against heat and cut into thin pieces, like leaves.
Kebap is pretty much any meat that's cooked without using water. So, döner is a kebap.
If you say "Döner Kebap" in Turkey, people will just assume you want plain döner (just thinly cut meat) and nothing else. I guess the diaspora made a bad job promoting it abroad lmao.
