@@RandomVids5YT Honestly it is, especially with his ROF. That's why even Hockey Star can get kills at range, and why you're much more likely to kill it range with Citron than with a Superhero (although it also helps he overheats much slower)
The only reason why he was hitting only 1 damage was because he was far away but when you get closer you do more damage

Yeah they've always had a hard time. Breakfast used to be the worst character in the game but then got buffed. Then Party was the worst character but he got buffed too. Cozmic used to be shit up close but good at range and now he's shit at range and mediocre up close.
The polar opposite happened to Citrons - Frozen used to be OP but then got nerfed. Toxic used to be good and then got nerfed in the Citron rework. Electro used to be OP and then became the worst character in the game in the rework. On the contrary, Party Citron used to be shit but then they buffed all the party characters, and then they buffed his close range damage so he got even better. The only exception to this is Iron who's always been OP but there was a time he was only the 3rd best Citron.
Party brains was my first mastered superhero, and this was before the party character buff and I thought he was pretty good

I have actually gotten party time with this character before. You basically just use ultra guided ball 75% of your encounters and also the music is from the far future maps from pvz2!

how do you play toxic brains? I got him recently and idk what to do with him. Do i hit and run or do i just play him like any other superhero
A good way to play him is by first striking with a super ball (any one) and then attack with the fists. Do NOT go into groups with Toxic Brainz, you will get shit on so heavily you will die a FAST DEATH.
Honestly, as soon as i got the super meter upgrade he became OP
