I'm so proud of you Jack for trying this unconventional way to heal.
It's certainly not easy to step out of the main stream medical system to try a old way of healing like Dry fasting.
It's clear the main stream medical system is about profit not about healing.
Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us.
    KEEP THE FAITH. 💪💙
Our bodies are miracles which can heal on it's own.
meat has a ton of vitamins & minerals. dig into this.
Wishing you all the best in your healing journey.
    Take care

In fasting on my own I ended my fast at 8.5 days. Without a doctor taking care of me I reach a state that felt unsafe...at that point I continued till 5am then broke the fast as Filonov advises. Those few extra hours over night continuing the fast and breaking the fast at the right time has worked well.
This fast was in weather that some days was in the 80's F and that might of lead to my stopping a day early.
My plan now is to do 9 days again on the first 9 days of Lent. That with 7 days at fall equinox and again just before Easter. This will make it so the weather supports fasting...which might explain these traditions as well.

I think it's good to slowly build up. My last one was 8 days and I am going for 13 next. I have been fasting for the past 3 years and it has been life changing.
