@@jenniferdunham6970 Have you looked at the schedules side by side. Don’t get me wrong, Gonzaga is a great team. But their schedule compared to Illinois’ is week. If Illinois played their schedule again they would have 1 maybe 2 losses.

With Baylor and Michigan losing the way they did and if Illinois wins the Big Ten tomorrow, I can't see how they possibly don't get the 2nd 1 seed.
@Sibishwar Sundaram : Baylor beat Illinois a long long time ago. They are 2 completely different teams now. That’s how the committee works for MM. Illinois has the most Quad 1 wins in the country so they can easily take the 2nd 1 seed win or lose this chip
@Sibishwar Sundaram The other thing you should factor in is the Big Ten is the toughest conference right now. Big 12 is probably 2nd or 3rd for that, but in the end Illinois will get some extra credit for being in the tougher of the 2 conferences.

This game was called in typical BGT fashion where the refs miss all of the blatant fouls and call only phantom ones instead.

Yea it was pretty bad. And by pretty bad I mean extraordinarily abismal. But even if they would have called half the fouls they missed on against Illinois, and 6 of them fouled out as a realistic result, iowas free throw shooting this year is among the worst it's been since I've been watching them
