@@Kniero numerous gen 5 pokemon are used by important trainers, gen 5 got some new regional variants, Garbodor (and the unreleased melmetal) is the only non gen one or eight pokemon to get a Gmax.

Raihan is a tough bugger, especially after I unlock the Galarian Star Tournament. I invited him to a regular tournament but nearly lost. I would’ve lost had I not exited out of the game.

These rematches were interesting. For me they made Nessa harder but Raihan, who I struggled with, pretty easy.

I never thought they would have included version exclusive gym leaders. Version exclusive Pokémon was already annoying enough
VerryLongName specially since the shield gym leaders are better but shield exclusive Pokemon (including zamazenta) are inferior to their counterparts. Makes choosing a nightmare

@@axyzsz8162 I disagree. Sheild is the superior version since: 1. It has more pokemon available than Sword. 2. Zamazenta (Typing-wise) is MUCH better than Zacian, since steel is nuetrally effective and fighting is super effective to Zacian, Plus with stab it can defeat zacian in a one on one easily if they both had the same stats. Unfortunately Zacian is faster than Zamazenta so it's able to knock it out with just 1 to 2 close combats even if the Zamazenta is ~lvl 80 and Zacian is lvl 70 (I know from Multiple battles with Hop). That still doesn't make the game worse though. You just that Sheild has worse pokemon because of "first-in-the-generation" syndrome(name pending),where everyone thinks that the game which is often said first if you say the names of the games together is better than the latter. Tl;Dr: I only have Sheild so I'm praising it.
@@greendaquil true but having the rusted Shield also turns him steel In a way it's own typing: Fighting will will beg to differ. And even if he doesn't have it. It'll still be weak to Zacian's fairy typing, not to mention Psychic and Flying type moves.

By seeing those Tournaments in Pokemon Sword/Shield, I'm having my Pokemon Uranium flashbacks, where the very same thing were - a Championship Tournament with "random" Gym Leaders (except the first two opponents in the first tournament weren't Gym Leaders and there is no champion on the end)
Plus... I still think Raihan is a young, "sandstorm" rip-off of Vaeryn
I hated how they healed up your Pokémon between every battle, totally took the challenge away from having to stock up on potions and status healers beforehand. Sword and Shield was definitely a letdown imo, just because it was way too easy to level up and have a huge advantage over the opponents.

@@saladspoonami4563 shit... I mean SHIFT mode is on. And I find battles with it always boring and think that using him is similiar to cheating. Battles against AI are already mostly boring and preety easy, because they don't bother changing their pokemon, even if they have type disadvantage. And shift mode allows you to change your pokemon into other one that has advantage without losing a turn for no reason, which makes having advantage over opponent's pokemon for whole battle very easy. I just find battles with it being on boring and not fair.
Mateusz Krawczyk but there is a penalty you lose a turn and sometimes AIs are good so changing our Pokémon helps
