I wish I could go back now as an adult. I feel like I didn’t appreciate it as much as I should have as a kid, lol. I certainly would cherish everything today!

We've been to Disneyworld once, that was a busy trip! So many great parks to visit! We went to a different one each day, so much fun. Made Disneyland seem like a piece of cake. Thanks for watching and thanks for the compliment on the dress! 😃

Great video! Thanks for putting it together. I watched, or tried to watch, several others before watching this one, and I was not getting the info I was seeking. You answered so many questions I needed help with.
I still need help with a couple more, but first let me answer one of yours. Brooke's outfit gave credibility to this video and spiced it up. Matt's button is awesome, I mean, I don't really care about buttons, but it's awesome that Matt was doing a good deed for no reason other than it was the right thing to do, and someone noticed. When it comes to kids, that's the greatest approach to teaching them; catch them doing something right.
So this is weird. At 1:16 you see the ticket prices per day, from right to left, increasing in price. To the far right, buying 5 tickets gets you a daily price of $76, then $90, $110, $128, and what? $104? That doesn't make any sense; that means I could buy two single day-passes for less than a two-day pass: $208 vs $256.
I'm confused about the Lightning Lane passes. Please check my understanding. If I remember correctly, you didn't pay anything extra for the fast pass. I gather those are now gone and there is no free option for a reserved ride time? You indicated that with the Genie+ you can book a reserved ride time, but you could only book them one at a time. However, you also indicated that once you got in the Lightning Lane for your reserved ride time, you could book your next one. So I'm guessing they ride attendant must scan your phone or something, and then that frees you up to book your next LL ride time. Is that correct?
With the old park hopper pass system, we could have a runner for our group go back and forth between the parks to fetch fast passes as much as possible. This was a huge advantage and made the park hopper a good value. I don't see that it really has much value anymore unless you're only spending one day at Disneyland.
If you're staying multiple days, it seems like you might as well save money and stick with one park per day. Am I missing something? I really don't see it being worth the added cost, burden on my feet, and wasted time going between parks.
With the Genie+ can you reserve times for rides in the other park when you have the park hopper pass? In that situation, I could see some possible value in it, but even then it seems minimal.
So have the done away with the virtual cue for Star Wars Rise of the Resistance? Is there no option other than waiting in line for that?

First off, thanks for watching and taking the time to ask questions! Here are the answers we have found which will hopefully clear some things up...
Ticket prices. If you select a single day ticket, prices may vary from $119-$134/day depending on what days you make a res. It will show you the prices on the res calendar for single day tickets. Ie. - weekends and holidays more expensive. Note is says "From" $104. Next is the 2 day ticket, depending on when you go 2 single day tickets might be slightly cheaper, however if you go on a weekend the single day tix won't be. 2 day visits are the most popular, hence the higher price than potentially 2 single tix on a weekday. After that, 3-5 day visits do get cheaper per day if you buy the multi-day.
Disney is racking up the money on rides nowadays which a lot of people aren't happy about, lines are long! 2 ways to get a LL pass. Buy Genie+ for $20/day per person or you can purchase individual LL passes for up to 2 rides per day. Genie+ gets unlimited LL passes in a day, time permitting. Individual LL passes cost $7-20 per ride depending on the ride, but you only get 2 a day. With Genie+ when you arrive in line at your LL arrival time your phone is scanned and that opens up the ability to reserve your next LL pass. Or if 2 hours has passed since the selection of your first LL pass it will let you book a second. So if you want to reserve more than 2 LL passes it is a better deal to buy the Genie+. Lets say you get to the park late or have a season pass and only want to get 1 LL pass for a certain ride, then maybe the individual purchase would be okay. On the flip side, if you want to spend even more money...Disney lets you buy Genie+ and also purchase up to 2 individual LL passes on top of that!!
We agree with you on park hopper...better to just stay in one park each day. We just made reservations on alternate days for the other park. It's a lot of effort to switch parks at 1pm in a day and see everything we wanted to in each park.
There is no virtual cue for Rise of the Resistance anymore. This is the most popular ride and Disney knows it. The only way to ride is to wait in the general admission line or purchase an individual LL pass for the extra money. Disney Genie+ DOES NOT get you a LL pass on this ride!!! We saw the ride was broken down when we were there. When it reopened we ran over to beat most the crowd and got on with about a 30 min wait, normally its 100 minutes!
Bottom line, Disney is getting more expensive and still has long lines for everything. Disney Genie+ helps and the photo pass included with it make it a little more worth it. Shortest lines are still the first hour after rope drop and later at night. Spend the money and stay as long as you can each day in the park. At the end of the day we were all tired and the wallet was empty 😆 but the kids were still smiling and we all had a great time! Hope this all helps!!
