Case & pt why jap brands are quickly becoming irrelevant. European brands are head & shoulders better technologically as well as build quality/features etc. You can bet Triumph & Ducati will be excellent out of the gate! They are benchmarking the best 250F..KTM.
That's a great point. This is a track we ride often but conditions weren't that far off of a normal practice day. Adjusting the app to a stronger map definitely helped.
Lol. Me too. It's better in some ways but won't hang w/the best in class KTM group brands. Raced Kawasakis as teen age kid. Then Suzuki in 90s. Yamaha till i saw how much better the '18+ KTM bikes were. Now its no contest. KTM all the way!
Basically it's a Vet or novice bike (stock). Looks great but performs only adequately. This is why the jap brands are becoming irrelevant. European MX brands have taken bk the sport they invented! Now Triumph, Ducati & Fanta coming. Only KTMs or Yamaha (if jap brand) for me. I'm 50yr ole Vet guy btw. -Ohio
I'm very sad. I was going to treat myself to one of these, this is the 5th "not great/bad" review....At 6'4' 240 and I live at 5000 ft I don't want a 350.
Thank you Cycle news, read your magazine every week!
Thanks for the support!
How good would it be if this was the new 300 / 250 2stroke.
So with the extra price we get 5 xtra lbs and a slower feeling engine. Thx Kawasaki

Adam and Jason love this bike. Excited to see them podium in Anaheim.
Do you guys think that the fact that the track was "deep" might have influenced the feeling you guys got of the motor?
Thanks for the review

Darn, I could use one of those Kawasaki umbrellas. Love the almost all green look on 24's
they need to do a limited run using that awesome 1990 kx graphics kit
Those are coming and will be available from the dealership. $200 extra MSRP.
Such a beautifull bike.
We are digging the new body work and the all-green plastic.
I am thinking these will go on a deep sale price in late 2024.

Awesome initial review
Thanks for keeping us focused💪
How do adjust the low end power on kx app do you have the settings you used
We don't have those settings on hand.
is it best 450 for vet?
We're thinking vet riders will really like this bike.

It’s just not exciting or cool. Another fart box. If this was a 2024 250 2 stroke, they would sell faster than they could make them
Bought a 24 to chase my kid around with, it makes a helluva trail bike 😅
😍💚 awesome bike...
We agree!
Did you pull the plug out of airbox?
That is an option but we did not due to the wet conditions.
congratulation for the test
Thank you!
Might as well crank out a 2008 Honda crf450. Has same power as modern day 350. Except 16 years old. Pumping out 52+Hp vs 59-60hp.
That was a great bike.

rip the backfirescreen out and a pc pipe old kawi was ripping
@@d.m.7234 Hi, The bike is $12,400.00...I pretty sure I will buy last years, or the year before that, or the year before that...Thanks for the help.
No need for sadness David. You can still use the phone app to adjust and wake up the power character.
@@cyclenews Good point, I am sure the green guys are real smart and wouldn't go backwards.... I guess I was hoping for lightning in a bottle.
@@davidciesielski8251well they did add 5 lbs of weight and got rid of the DLC coatings on the forks. Hmmm
Who did the welding on the frame Stevie Wonder 😲 just another waste of money like most things now days.
All robot welded.
@@jordanmacdonald9848 that's ugly sad job need to cash that robot in .
Hydraulic brake??? They really killed it 😂
Haha, was waiting for someone to catch that.
@@cyclenews it happens 🤷♂️
