completely agree, I think they are just trying to keep the videos on the longer side, but even on live you don't see that much interaction just goes from shot to shot
@@mcdonaldb21 for sure but even on live we saw Kevin run down to the next teepad after his eagle and the confusion on the teepad as to who was up next after that cracked me up on live (and granted with so many people in the mix I appreciated how they jumped around a lot)
Just wanted to mention how nice it is to hear Germ, Nate, and Uli, the production quality, video AND the audio. Another channel has actually moved in the wrong direction IMO, by having a solo, non-player doing emotionally flat monologue drone commentary. You guys know the courses, know the guys, and it feels like hearing friends amongst friends, there's real respect, empathy, and emotional involvment which it makes it SO much more engaging and interesting. So, please dont succumb to the corporate hype! Remember what makes disc golf different in the first place! thanks!
DGPT is already planning to make their own standardized baskets. I don't like the trash cans either but they do stop some discs from shooting past the pin

Agreed on the trash can pole covers. I've seen multiple bad bounces off of them since they were added. I don't get why they keep using them, especially at how nasty McBeth's roll away was.

Any chance you guys could have dedicated Player Profile Videos? I like them in commentary vids but when I want to know more about a specific player I never know which video to find them on.
The area under the basket should preferably be an upside down cone or pyramid to force the disc down if the disc hits the basket. Too many people are getting penalized for making good shots. The configuration of ads should be reconsidered.

When Kevin threw an x1 on hole 3 and it didn’t just go left, it blew me away. That disc is incredibly overstable and his power and the wind sent it straight/right. Crazy

The tournament organisers should rethink about the consistency in choosing materials to wrap the base of the basket . Paul hit the base on 5th and 8th pin base the 8th pin absorbed the impact where’s as 5th one didn’t … V can’t penalise players for their great shots
I'm through 6 holes so far and Kevin and Alden have the same scores AGAIN. That means that they have gotten the same score on 23 of the last 24 holes... Edit: they JUST mentioned it
I'm wondering if there should be a rule where anything around the pole of the basket needs to be made of material that absorbs (or at least does not reflect) energy. Like it doesn't have to be foam, but like not a hollow plastic trashcan that acts like a disc trampoline. I can understand not wanting regulate what courses are made out of, but I'm just thinking out loud.
