Bob Peobert was not only one of the toughest guys ever in the league - He was a heck of a hockey player - smart, and soft hands. Plus he was a very nice man. He deserves all our respect.
@fitchsen He was a complete hockey player. Made room for other players on the ice simply with his presence. Tough and could score ,what a hockey player should be. Legend.

It sounds crazy but I’m a Blackhawk fan and when Bob came in the league, I mean he was with Detroit, and the battles that the Blackhawks had with the Wings were legendary…... There are very few hockey players that when they’re on the ice, you don’t watch anybody else but them and Bob Probert was one of them for me…. When Probie was on the ice I couldnt take my eyes off of him because you never knew what he was going to do…..All I can say is God rest his soul, he was the greatest enforcer with skill that ever played in the National Hockey League and when you got combatants coming to your funeral like Tie Domi you know you did it right God bless Probie…💯👍
