Normally I do like to check if someone’s hostile before I attack, but this isn’t practical with the Raiju. When they’re able to outrun you then sneak up on you and disable your aircraft in a second, any missed opportunity to eliminate the threat has a very good chance to bite you in the butt later. This is why I didn’t attack the B-11 first, because I didn’t perceive him as hostile until he attempted to line his nose up with me, then I engaged. Had it been a Raiju, he wouldn’t even be on the map for me to see him lining up on me before it’s too late. I hate attacking first but I hope you get what I mean here. And at the end of the day, anybody in a weaponized aircraft in a public lobby needs to understand there’s a high likelihood they’ll be attacked.

With the Raiju you have a higher chance of damaging the controls than any other jet, sometimes just one explo bullet can take it down if you aim closer to the afterburner
Iirc Raiju has more bigger weakspot like its anywhere near and behind the engine, if one explosive round hit this area Raiju are pretty much crippled, at least thats what i know

I’m a dedicated Pyro pilot now but the Rouge was my first and I still take it out from time to time. Great bang for your buck and I humiliated jets costing 4 times as much with it. Good hunting
You dont even need VTOL alot of the time. As long as you manage speed and are good at maneuvering you can take on literally anything in the Raiju. Ive shot down Pyros, B-11s, Starlings, Rogues... even other Raijus, simply because they cant manage speed or maneuver properly.

What Raiju pilots fail to understand about Rouge and B-11 pilots. Is that our planes are too slow for you to use those fancy Kvochur bell and VTOL manuvers. We cant blow by you because we have yet to catch up. Our munitions will get there first though. Their best bet is to out run us and re-engage.😂
Most fighters have there throttle to the max when turning, it's easy to kill once you lock on, it'll cause them to bank left or right, then switch to cannons for the kill, simple
Yup. Those guys are the inspiration behind half the Geneva Convention and all that. Dropping surrendering/wounded enemies, baiting them with food for weeks only to swap rations for hand grenades, taking over towns, getting pissed off by the locals, kicking em out and burning down the town... The list goes on. Canucks bottle up all their rage and aggression for hockey, and war and then let it out like the Death Star super laser. When in doubt, send the Canucks. Bloody savages.
The Rogue is my Go-To Dogfighter. The missiles exist to scare people by making their RWR start screaming. And then once they have to Defend you can get the nose on them and kill them EZ. And when that doesnt work I use the Starling and go as slow as Physically possible to force Overshoots. And then spam infinite missiles. EVERYONE EVENTUALLY makes a mistake.
I am attempting to get better at dogfighting in general, but I did get the Raiju because I'm an F-35 fanboy. That said, I like to swoop in on trolls and defend MC or CEO goods convoys. Help out wherever.
Oh hell yeah, being that random dude that shows up to escort with no stake in the game is the best, especially when you successfully defend them. In a game full of trolls and griefers, it's nice to be helpful without any direct reward(cash, RP, etc)
I've had several rogues try to take me out in a Raiju, and all failed miserably.. I was able to just basically troll them and dunk on them while they were attacking me..

I had a nakota try to attack me, but I didn't notice until I went VTOL and let it fly past, and realized it was shooting at me.. then it chased me, and I lost it by juking and going off radar.. then I shadowed it for a bit from above, and tried to dive past it to scare it, but I was too close and I bumped it and it exploded lol..
@@JohnDoe-ligma does the nakota have some super good tracking missiles or something? It's pretty easy to dodge missiles with the Raiju in VTOL.. and even if it does get hit, it takes 3 *to blow it up..
@@cjperry2731 they're better than the standard. And one missile is all it takes to slow the jet down. Once it starts smoking the jet starts to malfunction. Which makes it super easy to get more locks and the missiles to catch up. Not to mention the nokota has four guns instead of two.
Excluding Oppressor MK2 which doesn't require any type of skills, any other vehicle from land, air or even water can become a Tryhards Destroyer in the hands of a player who will evolve its skills practicing in that vehicle. I killed MK2 Tryhards even using a bicycle. A bicycle ... not a motorcycle. 😂 Tryhards are the plague of this complex and amazing game. Just dont forget to enjoy playing. Thats why we play after all. And definitely its way more fun when we play peaceful and helpful with the other players. Its best to make friends... Not enemies ... Enjoy the game! Take care!

I've won several times against Raiju's in my Rogue. Too over confident against a prop plane. I've also lost to them too, but they have to fight long and hard for that kill.

Ive always been able to hear multiple jets at a time. It comes in very hand when someone is off radar or in stealth mode in the Raiju.

The armor feels super inconsistent on the Raiju. Sometimes it tanks explosives like its a b11, and sometimes it blows up on one shot
I recall many times shotting them down with 2 e-rounds, maybe they don’t put armor on it but wtf...

I usually bounce between my rogue and B11. I just fly around minding my own until provoked tbh, much more fun that way
Every time I see a jet flying around I send them a in game text “wanna dogfight?” And of yes then I pull out a rogue. if no, then I do missions.

The Rogue has been left as is. If anything, it is relatively stronger now that the Lazer and the Hydra have gotten nerfed.
