Lost the Lads, found an amazing silver mine full of relics!

I was late meeting the mine crew to explore a lead mine known for its artifacts. Despite my best efforts, Google Maps and my wandering attention span didn't help in the Welsh mountains. Instead, I stumbled upon the Llwywernog Silver/Lead Mine near Aberystwyth-a place I've passed hundreds of times but never visited. What a huge mistake that was!
The Llwywernog Mine is a time capsule of the Welsh metal mining industry, filled with still-working machinery and rare artifacts. I took the Miner's Life Tour with a guide and learned so much in just an hour. Many thanks to Llwywernog; it was an amazing experience.
This isn't an advert; I just loved it and paid full entry price! If you're ever near Aberystwyth, don't miss this hidden gem.
