      Iska ek hi solution hai ki aapko us thought pe apna re action nhi dena ha wo aata hai usko aane do aur thori der ke liye aapko ghbrahat hogi lekin phir sab theek ho jaega aur ye Kam aapko 21 days daily karna hai kynki Jo negative pattern hote hai wo 21 days mai break ho jate hai agr ham dhyaan na de to buss khud par farq nhi padhna chahiye
