Funny you should mention that, because one of the creators of the show and the voice of Charlie is Zach Handel, friend of OneyNG and part of his channel. Oney even edited one of the episodes.
He also did the ending song. "Brown Smile" As voicing a few characters.
You might've missed it at the very end since it was super quick, but every episode has an "In memoriam" tribute after the credits. This one was dedicated to Smormu, who apparently already died off-screen during the credits, which is why he never shows up again despite being the fifth Smiling Friend.

Zach Hadel who frequently collabs with Oneyplays is one of the creators of this show! Oney himself made the theme song for this show and voices a background character every now and then

content can be created in literally anything, yes while i do agree reaction content isn't really content or original, does it matter? No, people are wiliing to watch anything these days so cut 4M some slack, they just do simple reaction videos like many others, especially big content creators or streamers, just watch the video and leave if its boring
