Honestly don’t worry about it at all. With all the online school I’ve had to do I’ve seen so many teachers having zero idea what to do during like zoom calls and that ish. This is a super sick run and nice work
i honestly love the idea of low% metroidvanias so much. its somehow both embodies and rejects what these games are all about, on top of taking a lot of skill. im excited to see a run of my favorite metroid game where there will only be a few powerups collected! this sounds like it'll be fun to watch, as long we see good drop RNG
I tend to speedrun for fun. The lowest percent I'll get for a Metroid Zero Mission speedrun is 15%. I find the following items the most consistent for a run: Morph Ball Missile Charge Beam 2nd Missile, E-Tank, or Long Beam Bomb Varia Suit Space Jump Speed Booster Plasma Beam Super Missile Power Grip Ice Beam Gravity Suit Screw Attack Power Bomb Always works for me, and it could work for you. Give it a shot! Reasons for these items are: The game requires Morph, Missile, Bomb, Varia, Plasma, Power Grip, Space Jump, Gravity, and Ice to complete. Charge is for when ammo runs out during bosses. Power Bombs are for the Pirate Ship Escape. Screw Attack is for easier Tourian and Mecha Ridley fight. Speed is for Both Escapes and Supers before Power Grip. The rest is just convenience.
YO I legit thought my bluetooth dongle was shitting the bed until I just ran a wire to the PC and realised it was the runner's connection lol. Not a knock on him tho, not every place even *has* decent connections running big F EDIT: Riddely x)
