1:01:01 that for me was the moment Dessel stopped existing and Darth Bane truly emerged. While Des named himself Bane, claimed Darth title and killed Sirak overcoming his fear of killing and after receiving training from Revan decided to fully give himself over to the Dark Side it was in this very moment of killing defenseless children and their father to survive AT ANY COST that solidified him as the Dark Lord Of The Sith willing to anything to reach his goal. Even after embracing the Dark Side and killing Kas'im he still FELT regret and guilt he just suppressed it, but there? there was no regret, no hesitation, no guilt. Whatever remained from Dessel was anahilated and gone in that moment. Leaving only Darth Bane the Sith'ari, the perfect Sith standing. Very powerful moment
I just finished reading Path of Destruction. Loving your review. I’m getting into the Expanded Universe now because I’m pretty much done with Disney’s Star Wars
Bro i died when u said he doesnt loses the will to fight like luke in tlj " hmhmnie nie i wont fight cuz im a lil bitch" 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣u nailed it. Thats the truth
Hey awesome review of this book. I can tell your a big fan of bane and the story, and like you I would say it was this trilogy that made me the mega Star Wars fan I am today
The comic book has very silly ideas: Farfalla. Space ship galleons. The bouncer creatures. I don't get that the jedi weren't able to detect nothing deranged about them. Many ideas in both the comic book and novel make no sense.
I read this book in Albany county jail ny had it sent to jail from Amazon now it's on my shelf across from me.first and best star wars book I ever read
I heard you're gonna focus on the Old Republic Sith stuff for a while. Do you also plan on talking about the Dawn of the Jedi era at some point? Not that much there anyway, one novel and three comics. Loved the Bane Trilogy btw, especially the third book. Need to find time to re-read them, but i also have so much other books i need to read before.
I will. Reading about Tython in Bane 2 and about the Boga and Ashla really made me want to check out the dawn of the jedi era. I will probably get to it early next year. Right now I just uploaded Bane 2 and for the rest of the year will be clone wars 5-6, clone wars microseries and most importantly Darth Pagueis. Gonna wrap up the year with the mandlorian and rise of skywalker reviews (which I expect to suck based on the leaks).
Hello there im just wondering if this particular series of darth bane by this writer Drew karpyshyn is actually a comic like in the pics your useing for your video?. Im only asking cause im super new to comics/novels for starwars and not to sure on witch books are what and this series seems like a really interesting story and arfter playing KOTOR 1&2 i really wanna read all the comics about Revan,Bane,Nihilus
No there is no comic. some of the art is from merchandise like cards. There was a short storu comic published in star wars insider magazine. There are no comics with Revan, only a novel and I have heard mixed things
@@rebelinsight7917 the Jedi vs. Sith comic series actually covers a slightly-different version of pretty much the entire Ruusan section of the novel, and IIRC was actually the first appearance of Bane funnily enough (comic came out before the novels).

Exactly.
Great review. The fight between Bane and Kas’im was awesome. Bane was very lucky to defeat bladesmaster. Great book, great trilogy!
Yes it was!
“I forgot about my plan to manipulate this fool!”😂 thank you for the great recap and the much needed humor sprinkled in
Thanks for your support
Love the darth bane series if Disney was smart they would make them into movies
Absolutely.
chaz there are too less people that know about Darth babe I don’t think it would be as successful as new canon trilogies
Even a tv show would succeed, who wouldn’t want to watch a tv show about the sith
Fucck yea ✊🏿
this is definitely my favorite video from you. keep up the good work.
Thanks for the support. It means a lot

Thanks for your support! Pick up Darth Palgueis ASAP!
If WB would've bought Star Wars, we'd already have an animated trilogy based on the novels!!!
You are absolutely right.

Hell yeah! I could relate to Bane in so many ways. Especially the childhood abuse from his father.
@@rebelinsight7917 he crushed his dad's heart.bane is one of the bald badasses of star wars maybe the most
