    Wow! I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for this video. My 15 year old Son and I watched your video for him and love how you put the positive spin on this subject. Also the 3 exercises are great! I am going to look at your website now. If you haven't already, could you do a video about Hyper Mobility and stretch marks (several research studies to show a correlation link between those who are hyper mobile and the percentage of those having stretch marks). I think your kindness and thoughtful explanation would be really beneficial to/for young people who are having huge growth spurts. Above the average amount of growth spurts. Thank you again for such an excellent explanation. 👍
