And of course he did not tolerate being controlled by someone who was not living not dead i.e. he wanted to create a good leader of the world

You have it wrong, the reason aizen doesn’t have the same motive is because his whole goal was to not be controlled or ruled by anyone and coming under ywach’s command meant he would be ruled and controlled by him
If I'm not mistaken Aizen wasn't satisfied with the position of Soul King, I mean he didn't like that he was imprisoned and immobilized and he was not a real king, but an instrument
