  • Primal Provider #120, Juandre, together with his mates, Chris (Primal Provider #113) and Bradley, takes us into the deep ocean waters outside Cape Town, South Africa where they experience the high adrenaline environment of catching yellowfin tuna.
Later, Juandre shows us an easy recipe to grill yellowfin tuna steaks and air-fry spicy prawns.
Catch Cook Adventure merchandise is now available on our online store - catchcook.com/shop/
CatchCook.com is a movement that promotes and rewards a primitive lifestyle where we take responsibility for what we put into our bodies, over unhealthy and unconscious consumerism. Most people believe that food comes from the supermarket, and this platform will aim to change that behavior by creating and sharing hunting, fishing, spearfishing, farming and gathering videos that promote and motivate a lifestyle free of processed foods, containing growth hormones, pesticides, antibiotics, chemicals and GMOs.

Thanks Jared i agree with that , even if its overcooked its never wasted , i have flopped it previously on the braai and all i did is changed it from a tuna steak to Tuna mayo sandwich... also turned out great way better than tinned tuna you buy in shops which come from mostly Skipjack and longfin tuna

Nice video and beautiful fish but you destroyed it with the cooking. A sandwich press doesn't get nearly hot enough to sear and by doing so you've overcooked that fish as well. Rather use a pan next time.

Rather get yourself a griddle pan, works awesome!! And you have much better colour on the cooked fish as well....

First time I see a sandwich press being used to fry fish. I agree with the others (for my taste) to use high heat and quick which will also give you some colour on the outside and leave it properly pink to red on the inside....but if you enjoy it that way then it is good.

Yellowfin tuna are a fast growing pelagic species which are on the Sassi green list , we were also fishing on a commercial vessel which provide some of the sushi and tuna steaks you get in the shops and restaurants.😀 nothing gets wasted and every fish is wild caught and GMO free
