Zay Bing Slayers powers increase as she lives on. Joss uses the main villains to depict this. The season before this she fought and defeated a god. Some biker demon is nothing at this point.
Stunt performers are used if the actor isn't skilled enough/could get hurt. Sometimes it's the actor's choice, sometimes it's the directors. Given it's season 6 (ergo she'll have at least a basic level of stage combat training by now), and this is just fighting, it's not that surprising that SMG is actually doing the fighting :)
At this point they resurrected her at her current level of power. She faced a true hell god months prior, biker demons are like vamps at this point. She was going to have an increase in power most definitely.
When Buffy kicks ass she kicks ass. Xander and friends are trying to fight off that vamp that's terrorizing them. Xander and them can't fight the vamp. Only because they need Buffy who is the only one who can kick the vamp down and then dust him off with a sharp like weapon like a stake or something. Willow is there with Xander and Tara and I think Anya too but not knowing that Buffy the Vampire Slayer is hiding just waiting to make her presence known. The vamp thinking the Slayer is dead but then she appears out of nowhere and kicks butt like she always does.
Buffy is really badass at this time. I think she could have defeated any enemy. I just love it !

Buffy is still able to fight despite being resurrected from the dead.
Plus it would make sense, even resurrected she still has the ability to kill demons due to her power.
Until the series finale she is able to kill three demons with the scythe in the same time. Buffy is the powerful chosen one

She's Even Stronger Than She Was Alive! ( Buffy-Bot ) Is nothing compared to the Real Thing !
i was wondering why that demon's voice sounds so familiar...then it clicked, it's the same voice of the "loan shark" in later episodes.
Yeah, seems he sought other work after this and got a facelift.
