These videos definitely need to circulate more. I find that even though the’re a lot of Christians in America, many know very little about the Word of God and Christian theology, which really isn’t good. Keep up the good work!
Many Christians Don’t even know that the Whole book of Isaiah is about the Israelites as the suffering servant Not jesus. Isaiah 41:14 Fear not, O worm Jacob, O men of Israel: I will help you -declares the LORD- I your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. 42:6 I the LORD, in My grace, have summoned you, And I have grasped you by the hand. I created you, and appointed you A covenant people, a light of nations- 42:8 I am the LORD, that is My name; I will not yield My glory to another, Nor My renown to idols. 43:1 But now thus said the LORD- Who created you, O Jacob, Who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I will redeem you; I have singled you out by name, You are Mine.
Daniel Chen Yes and There is No christian theology at all in the book of Isaiah. Everything is about the Israelites and their relationship with Elohim. The Israelites are Gods chosen and suffering servant while they are exiled and waiting for the return when the Messiah will be anointed.
I agree however, next to these videos (which I LOVE), we all should read the Bible too cause the Bible explains it way more in debt! For instance why God actually hardened their hearts and some more stuff in the book of Isaiah we can apply to our daily lives such as: not being greedy by taking everything and not leaving for others or not turning to God first to seek help (if The Holy Spirit lives in you He will def highlight a huge part we can apply in our lives!!)
I love this. Sometimes I struggle to understand exactly what I'm reading in the Bible (especially the old testament). I've started to watch these videos before I start reading a new book of the Bible and it has made all the difference in my understanding of what I read.

@@BaconPizza Reading Bible commentaries are also good. Enduring word Bible commentary online is a site I find very helpful. Also, Calvary Chapel in Ontario do very good Bible studies. They are on TH-cam.
@@BaconPizza Yes, that's really important because some people are putting out false teachings. Derek Prince is also a great source. I have some of his books and follow TH-cam recordings. Also, Kevin Ewing. He's a solid Bible teacher. So is Anita Etta. Both on TH-cam.
This is just so unbelievably clear. The Holy Spirit has gifted this organization. Our generation is so blessed to have this kind of scriptural tutoring.. Surely we have no excuse for ignorance of God's word with the Bible Project only a finger tap away!!
@Odo-so8pj It is not intended as a substitute. It is a great introduction to prepare those with very little Bible background to understand what they are about to read once they start into the book. I have found it extremely helpful during my work in Southern Africa.
Notice that the first 39 chapters (like the 39 books of OT) contain tellings of God’s judgment on the nations for their sin, and the last 27 chapters (like the 27 books of NT) contain a prophecy of hope, as well as a story of a prophesied birth of a baby. When I first learned that I was speechless, it’s too perfect. Isaiah is like a mini Bible of sorts.
At the time of Isaiah it doesnt work, the ot has divisions that were made later, like Samuel 1 and 2 that are a single book, so its just a coincidence of how we separate the books now
I never used to believe in Jesus. I had a very “arian” view where I believed he was a morale leader but NOT God. Since accepting Christ as my savior however I have been revisiting the Old Testament and it could not be clearer that Jesus is all over the old testament.

But after the discovery of the DSS, that stupid argument went away and its 'tellers' all went into hiding, knowing that the discovery of the DSS literally - literally - proved that the KJV was the most accurate translation, ever. Its discovery literally shut the mouths of the fools, many of whom were Muslims who baselessly said that the Bible was "corrupted" and "mistranslated." So accurate, in fact, the only real discrepancies arise because of the evolution of the ENGLISH LANGUAGE, not the translation itself. Or if someone believes in "date settings" ... which is no more accurate that any other "date setting" method. Theories and man-made calculations. Just as we know the doopy don't know anything about, and have never heard of, "Translators to the King" ... OR "Translators to the Reader" and you know nothing about how serious those 40+ scholars and linguist were, OR the check-point system they used, when translating the Bible. They handled it as if their very souls depended on it, scrapping even an entire section and starting over if even ONE word was missing or even ONE space over. The slightest thing caused them to scrap the entire section and start from scratch, following a very strict 14-point checklist. But ... you don't even know these BASIC things that even a FRESHMAN would learn, so why even go further than this when you don't even have the elementary things right? *So ... it seems to me that it is YOUR words (and people like you) who are "fiction and mythology so why get so fussed about it."* And if I bothered to ask you questions, you would not be able to answer, OR you'd make a fool of yourself for trying. Why? Because this generation seems to think that STUPIDITY is somehow "funny" or "attractive" ... when it has never been any of those things from the dawn of mankind. Especially among you westerners! And to answer your question, directly, is because WE have defended what is holy, sacred and pure to US from the beginning. In fact if it was not for US, then (and only then), would your words ring true. But even before the Church, there have been "false prophets" and "lying pens" even in Israel. It was defended by the righteous of Israel as well.

When I became a Christian in 2004 the verse that really touched my heart for some reason and is still one of my favorites Isaiah 12:2 King James Version (KJV) 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Was sort of a anchor for my soul when I was going through some really hard times.
The book of Isaiah is very difficult to understand but extremely prophetic and eye opening about sin. Thank you guys for helping me understand it better!

Ill never forget this, i was a very young child in a methodist church when this was read out by an energetic and emotive pastor. I was immediately captured. Mostly because of the angels. I became utterly fascinated by the seraphim. It was the start of a true love for the biblical stories

I've been listening through the OT this year and am on Isaiah 27. Even though I've read the entire Bible several times, this book is always so difficult for me. This is helpful.
I'm going to decorate my entire room with this beauty!!!!!! and soon enough I'm going to open a young service trusting God and I'm show this all over!!!!! This deserve the price!!!! Isaiah is one of the longest book in the. Bible. I get a lot of encouragement from it. I enjoy the Amplified version of the scriptures its more easily understood and interpreted.
I am currently reading 2 Kings and it is amazing that the Lord through Isaiah has said all this in spite of the people's stubbornness. Manasseh, son of Hezekiah, is a great story that shows just how much love God has for us. Even though the Bible describes his acts as great evil, when he repented, the Lord forgave him and made him prosper. This just shows that the Lord loves us truly and has faith so great that He always has plans for us to be in a better place, even if we ourselves refuse it. Praise God, thank you for Your unending Grace and love.

OK so I have been a doing the "year thru the bible" for the third time. (YouVersion) Tonight when I saw I would be in the book of Isaiah I got excited. I mean really excited like my favorite movie coming on excited 😁 This time around for the first time in a l o n g time, I am learning so much about God's character, intentions and his LOVE 💘 They had a link to you guys for the devotional. I'm starting a beautiful year in the Bible. A 52-week Bible study for women, and I don't understand any of the Bible and right now. I'm reading Isaiah 1 - 7 and I didn't hardly understand any of it?! I was like God. I don't understand any of this. Can you help me out? And I was guided to this channel, how about that?😊 i'm trying to find my way back to God. I read this for the first time today in a single sitting and I have to admit I found it quite a hard read to get my head round. God seems to go from extremely angry and violent to loving and just for all man kind. I'm glad bible project is here to help me understand before I go back and read it again 👍🏻✝️

Gabeski And Hutch and read the Bible through and through a few times as well. I️ think that’s part of the beauty of it, the Bible is so deep with information and meaning that going over it once is not enough
You know, there is an OLD JAMAICAN proverb: "Those who don't hear WILL feel". Brilliantly summarized. I am left in awe and tremendous admiration. Wish I was in possession of that skill set. I am plagued by long-windedness; however GOD KNOWS BEST!!! ...I actually understand NOW!!!! I think it may have been as recently as last week I was asking myself the question why we weren't taught like this in Sunday School. Depending upon the church denomination, were they trying to indoctrinate us from an early age to believe as they did/STILL do by hiding certain TRUTHS from us???!

This is so cool it has taken me a while to get through the old testament and I know Isaiah is complicated, but I hope to learn through the Holy Spirit the meaning and then apply to my life.
I love your videos. I'm reading the bible and am trying to finish it this time. I often get distracted by the language used and sometimes loose interest when I loose the story. I still read or listen (audio bible) to each book first but I always check into the video afterwards. These videos almost always put everything back together for me after I've felt lost! Thank You!

Daniel Chen Yes and There is No christian theology at all in the book of Isaiah. Everything is about the Israelites and their relationship with Elohim. The Israelites are Gods chosen and suffering servant while they are exiled and waiting for the return when the Messiah will be anointed.
I agree however, next to these videos (which I LOVE), we all should read the Bible too cause the Bible explains it way more in debt! For instance why God actually hardened their hearts and some more stuff in the book of Isaiah we can apply to our daily lives such as: not being greedy by taking everything and not leaving for others or not turning to God first to seek help (if The Holy Spirit lives in you He will def highlight a huge part we can apply in our lives!!)

I love this. Sometimes I struggle to understand exactly what I'm reading in the Bible (especially the old testament). I've started to watch these videos before I start reading a new book of the Bible and it has made all the difference in my understanding of what I read.

@Odo-so8pj It is not intended as a substitute. It is a great introduction to prepare those with very little Bible background to understand what they are about to read once they start into the book. I have found it extremely helpful during my work in Southern Africa.

Notice that the first 39 chapters (like the 39 books of OT) contain tellings of God’s judgment on the nations for their sin, and the last 27 chapters (like the 27 books of NT) contain a prophecy of hope, as well as a story of a prophesied birth of a baby. When I first learned that I was speechless, it’s too perfect. Isaiah is like a mini Bible of sorts.

I have felt that Isaiah was the most powerful of the Old Testament books. As a sinner I felt God pointing the finger at me while reading Isaiah.
At the time of Isaiah it doesnt work, the ot has divisions that were made later, like Samuel 1 and 2 that are a single book, so its just a coincidence of how we separate the books now

I never used to believe in Jesus. I had a very “arian” view where I believed he was a morale leader but NOT God. Since accepting Christ as my savior however I have been revisiting the Old Testament and it could not be clearer that Jesus is all over the old testament.

But after the discovery of the DSS, that stupid argument went away and its 'tellers' all went into hiding, knowing that the discovery of the DSS literally - literally - proved that the KJV was the most accurate translation, ever. Its discovery literally shut the mouths of the fools, many of whom were Muslims who baselessly said that the Bible was "corrupted" and "mistranslated."
So accurate, in fact, the only real discrepancies arise because of the evolution of the ENGLISH LANGUAGE, not the translation itself. Or if someone believes in "date settings" ... which is no more accurate that any other "date setting" method. Theories and man-made calculations.
Just as we know the doopy don't know anything about, and have never heard of, "Translators to the King" ... OR "Translators to the Reader" and you know nothing about how serious those 40+ scholars and linguist were, OR the check-point system they used, when translating the Bible. They handled it as if their very souls depended on it, scrapping even an entire section and starting over if even ONE word was missing or even ONE space over. The slightest thing caused them to scrap the entire section and start from scratch, following a very strict 14-point checklist.
But ... you don't even know these BASIC things that even a FRESHMAN would learn, so why even go further than this when you don't even have the elementary things right?
*So ... it seems to me that it is YOUR words (and people like you) who are "fiction and mythology so why get so fussed about it."*
And if I bothered to ask you questions, you would not be able to answer, OR you'd make a fool of yourself for trying. Why? Because this generation seems to think that STUPIDITY is somehow "funny" or "attractive" ... when it has never been any of those things from the dawn of mankind. Especially among you westerners!
And to answer your question, directly, is because WE have defended what is holy, sacred and pure to US from the beginning. When I became a Christian in 2004 the verse that really touched my heart for some reason and is still one of my favorites Isaiah 12:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
Was sort of a anchor for my soul when I was going through some really hard times.

It reads with a simple message, sometimes, our mission is unsurmountable. Sometimes, our goals are truly and well beyond our reach. But, that does not mean one should give up. But rather to keep trying. A simple message.

Ill never forget this, i was a very young child in a methodist church when this was read out by an energetic and emotive pastor. I was immediately captured. Mostly because of the angels. I became utterly fascinated by the seraphim. It was the start of a true love for the biblical stories

I've been listening through the OT this year and am on Isaiah 27. Even though I've read the entire Bible several times, this book is always so difficult for me. This is helpful.

Isaiah is one of the longest book in the. Bible. I get a lot of encouragement from it. I enjoy the Amplified version of the scriptures its more easily understood and interpreted.
I am currently reading 2 Kings and it is amazing that the Lord through Isaiah has said all this in spite of the people's stubbornness. Manasseh, son of Hezekiah, is a great story that shows just how much love God has for us. Even though the Bible describes his acts as great evil, when he repented, the Lord forgave him and made him prosper. This just shows that the Lord loves us truly and has faith so great that He always has plans for us to be in a better place, even if we ourselves refuse it. Praise God, thank you for Your unending Grace and love.

I'm starting a beautiful year in the Bible. A 52-week Bible study for women, and I don't understand any of the Bible and right now. I'm reading Isaiah 1 - 7 and I didn't hardly understand any of it?! "And follow the best of (the courses) revealed to you from your Lord, before the Penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not
أَن تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَى علَى مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنبِ اللَّهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ
"Lest the soul should (then) say: 'Ah! Woe is me!- In that I neglected (my duty) towards Allah, and was but among those who mocked
أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ
"Or (lest) it should say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous

I like to read the Bible and then watch videos of what I read to see if I got an idea. I want to study the Bible every day and I want to make it to heaven one day
Same here sometimes I don’t understand what I just read until I watch one of these videos. I also really like the King stone comic book Bible. It helps me give a visual to what I’m reading.
The kingdom and heaven are 2 diff things, u want to make it to the kingdom my friend.

What if I tell you, that there's a trifecta in isaiah's vision?It hasn't finished.The very first chapter.the daughter of Zion a besieged city.Look at the map.What surrounded the mount of olives?Do you have the bold to speak up the truth?God wanted you to save children of God from the beast.The beasts that surrounding Mount of Olives.God's footstall.
Look up the hebrew word for sinful nation in isa 1:4.Nation.go'-ee.a foreign nation,meaning the different belief.a troop of animal, you have to understand the 1st book of enoch 89.a flight of locusts, beel-zebub.
Ask for the spirit of God,and you shall see the Truth.Great multimedia.But bolden the message.For Isaiah vision didn't stop at Jesus.And the same goes for all prophecies,up until John's.

I am a christian even though my channel isn't really about the bible. I don't really mention that I trust in God, but I really do. I left a like on this video because it was helpful to me since I've been reading through Isaiah and haven't been fully understanding it!

This is so cool it has taken me a while to get through the old testament and I know Isaiah is complicated, but I hope to learn through the Holy Spirit the meaning and then apply to my life.
I love your videos. I'm reading the bible and am trying to finish it this time. I often get distracted by the language used and sometimes loose interest when I loose the story. I still read or listen (audio bible) to each book first but I always check into the video afterwards. These videos almost always put everything back together for me after I've felt lost! Thank You!
