sure is, it started as a just a shed with a £2k budget, i then thought realistically i need something more substantial so I can work in there year round so i was looking at a pre made log cabin which would cost £5k, but now its turned into a mini house lol, with insulated (75mm PIR) floor, walls and ceiling, double glazed windows and doors and now a skylight for extra light. All in ive spent about £10k 😫 but im hoping the investment will mean it will last a lot longer than just a regular shed.
11mm is what is typically used for outer sheathing so it will be fine. I wish I used 11mm now because putting the last few bits of sheathing when the wall were up was a heavy job.

Would 11mm OSB be sufficient for the sheathing or would you always go with 18mm?
