Hell yeah Stan. My advice for reaching goals is minimise the barrier to entry as much as possible. If it's hard to get to the gym, buy a couple cheap weights and put them next to the TV. Rather than trying to have perfect will power, reduce the amount of will power needed (where you can)!. Eating healthier? Have food you like that is healthy available. etc.
