I jokingly tried to trade Misha my Fossil watch for the setlist in Saskatoon, little did I know he's a watch Aficionado. Misha took my watch, looked at it for a second, and was just like POOR MAN'S WATCH YOU GOTTA UP YOUR WATCH GAME basically. He was messing around with me but the whole interaction was just so funny. I will never forget that.
Yeah I was so looking forward to see Periphery, hopefully supported by Plini, in my home town of Sydney. It sucks wondering if we're ever going to be able to experience live shows the way we are used to again. Periphery are the only band left on my 'must see live before I die' list. Thankfully I saw Plini last year at the Lansdowne Hotel in Sydney.
I found it difficult to swallow, as I saw the ending. All the crowdsurfing people, cheering up, having a good time together, singing, feeling free. That gave me a lump in my throat.
I was at the Silver Spring show. I'm 39, and had never heard Periphery, until about 3 months beforehand from a considerably younger friend from work. Coming from a 90s Black Metal guy, it was awesome. Periphery is the natural progression of metal. Being a teenager listening to Emperor, Dissection, Enslaved, Dimmu Borgir, etc; I never considered what metal would sound like in 20 years, but it's Periphery, and I'm good with that. You've got one more fan. Cheers.
dude I'm an old guy too and have a similar story myself. almost wrote these guys off completely years ago lol. now they're in my top 3 bands period. so glad I fucking gave em another listen 5 years after I initially said fuck this shit lolol. cheers bro

I was there too!! “Good evening we are Animals as Leaders” 😂 the crowd sang like the whole time was good stuff! Mark and Spencer wasn’t there it was just Misha, Jake, and Matt. Pretty sure plini came out for a song? But regardless it was definitely a rare opportunity and cool evening.
My friends had just introduced me a month before they were coming to the ritz in Tampa and a week before they were gonna come I really got into you guys. So the night before the show I begged my parents to let me go and I’m 17 and never gone to a show in a club or without my parents but they let me. Little did I know that I was gonna find my favorite band in the whole world, and that this would introduce me into this new world of metal bands that aren’t retiring or already dead. Thank you so much for all of your beautiful and brutal music can’t wait to see you guys again sometime.
It took me a while to warm up to this band but Hail Stan pulled me from "yeah, these guys are good musicians" to "this is probably one of best bands of 2019/2020." You've evolved into really amazing writers on top of already being very creative players. Hail Stan has been great to listen to and analyze. It has inspired me greatly and informed my own music. I very much appreciate it.
My buddies and I started the suck my balls chant right before reptile @ the Houston show! Favorite live experience of all time. Thank you guys for being badass ❤️🤟🏻
Watching this makes me regret not going to more of their shows smh been a fan since before P1 dropped. Makes me sad to think of the memories I missed out on but lesson learned if you love a band just go to the shows and don’t think twice about it.
I met you guys at a Dream Theater show in DC in 2007 or 2008. BTBAM, Three, and Opeth opened for them. My friend introduced you guys to me and my dad, but I was too nervous to talk to you. I didn't know the band at that point and I was obsessed with DT at the time so I missed my opportunity to actually have a conversation with you. I regret that to this day and I hope I get the chance to meet you again and have an actual conversation. Over the years, I grew to love Periphery and really admire what you have done for modern music.
Was at the Minneapolis show!! One of the best nights of my life!!! met so many amazing people that night!! and I most definitely cried during It's Only Smiles
the lune part gave me chills, holy shit. first time ive heard a crowd of people sining this melody since i was at a concert of the p3 tour in 2017. its so fucking great
I drove 5 hours from upstate NY, for the Boston set with Covet and Veil. You guys, all three acts, absolutely slayed. I drove home that night, hit my bed, and couldn't fall asleep. All I could do was reflect on how amazing the whole show was. When touring becomes possible again, I'd absolutely do it all over again.
The Toronto show was absolutely mental, everyone knew every song and the energy was palpable. Really excited for any new music when it comes out and definitely want to see you guys in concert again.
I think the Toronto crowd were the best, the show on youtube captures it perfectly, I saw them in Manchester, england, and it was really great, but that Toronto gig was premium atmosphere
This is the only band who's music makes me cry with joy and happiness. Saw them in Seattle and won't live another magical show experience ever. I love you guys
we were so stoked that Spencer got to sing as much as he did at Brooklyn Steel, but also how cool is it to come out and say "ok crowd you assholes sing" and we just belt it out at you?
It would have been great to share about Mark leaving the tour. Not to reveal delicate stuff but to share us the way you guys made it to keep the shows impeccable during his absence. The Pliniphery moment on Reptile, for example.
I legit almost teared up at a gym watching the ending of Lune live, I fucking miss live shows so much, I hate the way the world is right now and pray to God I get to see you guys live again soon! (Nashville)
The energy when concerts come back is going to be insane. It’s making me thankful for this time. I don’t think there will be a better experience than seeing bands like periphery live again.
Seeing them at the Roxian Theater in Pittsburgh to kick off the tour, I had no idea what the setlist would look like. I was with a first timer, and we were talking of the wants and wishes of songs as we waited. I said, "if we get reptile, its worth the ticket price." To hear it bellow out of the speakers to open the show, I went nuts. Slightly inebriated, I was sure to be center floor and did my duty to open the pit up. Love those guys.
Awesome guys, i did travel more than 900 kms to see you on Live performance and i would do it again. I had goosebumps to watch this and remember the day i was singing like crazy on first row. Thank you to Misha for drop some picks that day, its my most valuable treasure today.
Very excited to see this! Saw them in London and whilst we missed Mark they still blew us away. Thanks Periphery and I hope you are all safe and well in these crazy times.
Periphery fan since 2010. I've been a metalhead for over a decade. You guys were one of the first bands that got me into metal. I remembering buying periphery 1,2, clear, Periphery Juggernaut Omega, Periphery 3, and Periphery 4. Most of my memories are with Periphery.
I saw Periphery when they came to ATL on this tour and it was incredible. It was my last hurrah before joining the military and I cant wait to see them again. Always fills my spirit!
Periphery is one of my favourite bands and I have yet to see you guys live in person but one day I will when I can afford to watch you all live!! You all have impacted my writing in such a massive way and I will forever be thankful to all you Spencer, Mark, Matt, Misha, Jake and also Nolly thank you so so much
palying music live is never granted, i'am playing in band in poland and we are training to get through this difficult times I'am very inspired by periphery and i have very impossible fantasy that we will become as popular as you. Greatings from Poland.
I pushed my way to front row at the Chicago show and held tight to the barricade. I stood in awe at how much fun they were having and the great vibes being with my peers who shared the same love of the band as I do. Right after Marigold, Misha tossed a pick in the crowd which is when I finally let go of the barricade and fought to get to it on the floor as it bounced off quite a few hands. I eventually did get that "Bulb" pick and tucked it in my pocket. I constantly checked my pocket the rest of the night to make sure it was still there and smiled every time I felt it safely hidden away. The pick sits in my studio as a sign to always have fun and love the music you make. Thanks guys for a badass show and for always making it fun!
God Damn I love this band. Flew out to Vegas to see them with one of my best buds and It was the best show I've been to in 10 years -- AND they didn't even have Mark!
You guys probably won't read this, but this video was to me so inspired to me as always! I'm a big fan of ours. I love to see how a whole process working. All behind the scenes. In these darkest days, you guys inspire me to keep trying make some music, even that my music doesn't reach anyone. It's so import what music does in our lives. Thank you guys again and I hope to see you again as soon as possible!
I went to 2 shows on this tour (Philly on the first leg, and took my friend for his first show EVER to NYC on the second leg where somehow Spencer pulled it together while sick). Best of the 5 times I've seen them.
So grateful for this video. Made me remember the magic and love at these metal shows. It sucks not having shows now, but when we're finally able to go safely again, I am going to appreciate the live music experience so much more. Will probably cry haha
I saw Periphery in Portland, OR and it was an experience I’ll never forget (it was especially my first time being in Oregon). Now a year later from the tour, I moved down to Oregon. So grateful.
I swear, these guys are just, so damn cool it makes me wanna hug em forever. So glad I got to see them last year. To this date it is my favorite show I've ever been to and that experience will stick with me forever. Also the screams backstage got me giggling every time, lol.
They were the last band I saw in concert before covid got really bad in the U.S.. It was such a fantastic time; I can’t wait until I can see them live again 🤘🤘
I absolutely loved the documentary. I got to go to two of the shows in the Hail Stan tour (Salt Lake City and Las Vegas) and they were absolutely amazing experiences. I just discovered Periphery last year right after P4 came out and in that time Periperhy has quickly become on of my favorite bands of all time. Seeing the crown go insane with the Reptile breakdown for the first time is an experience I'll never forget as well as singling along to the end of Lune while a guy proposed to his girlfriend during the song. I just got into concert going but I already feel like those two Periphery shows could hardly be topped. I'm so greatful to know a band with such amazing music and a great sense of comradery with the community. I can't wait to be around for the release of a new album and and hopefully get to see them live once more. Thank you Periphery for being such an awesome part of my life, and keep doing what you do best.
Been listening to periphery since the beginning always will listen to periphery. I'm all the way out in Oregon and I know you guys have only been out here once buti wish you would do it again you guys are one of the bands I want to see before I die i have seen most of them and you are one of the last. Much love 💘
Seeing you guys live has been one of the most powerful and deep experiencies of my life. I can't thank you enough for being yourselves and doing what you do. I'm lookining forward for your next show here in Chile. Cheers, stay safe!
Love this band so much, I let the full ad play for the baby formula, even though I currently own zero babies. You guys should be rich for the music you create!
I've seen Periphery 8 times, and I've only seen the same line up twice. haha First time in 09, with Chris on vocals. Once John Browne was filling in for Jake. Jeff Holcomb on bass for one show. Nolly for two shows. One with no Nolly. And the P1 line up twice. Always a killer show. Haven't seen them in a few years, cause I just stopped going to shows back in 2016. But, after all this shit is over, maybe a show is in order.
Periphery and Twelve Foot Ninja are my top 2 flavorite bands. This just cemented that believe even more. Just waiting for you guys to invite TFN to join an American tour... Oregon please 😶
Was front row at the Vancouver show. Which was also the last show I went to before quarantine. Easily one of the best nights of my life and I look back on it a lot. You guys absolutely killed it. Anxiously waiting to see you live again once this is all over.
Saw the boys in Cleveland and Houston the last 2 legs. Will continue to support them in the future as long as they are making music and going on tour. My all time favorite band and some of the beat people in the world. Can't wait for future tours!
God damn... didn't expect to start my day with tears in my eyes. Hopefully you all stay safe right now and I wish that we get the chance to see you live again once more
Watching this, I was getting confused about the last time I saw the band. It felt like they were in Stockholm during 2019, but I couldn't get it to make sense. Realizing it was back in 2017 felt... weird. Long due for a visit, guys.
Was fortunate enough to see them a few weeks before Hail Stan came out, and again in Feb this year. Both of which were here in Vegas (Where Spencer now lives - I will run into him at some point!) Shows were absolutely, epic as usual. Also, its such a shame this year sucks so much as the majority of musicians are at a stand still with performances. Hopefully early next year we will rebound! #suckit2020

A proposal during Lune?? 😭💗💗💗
I was travelling the US from Aus in September 2019 and I managed to get tickets to the Portland show, on my birthday. Best day ever.
LA show this year was my last concert probably for the rest of 2020. So happy I went
Was at the New York show, and even with Spencer only at 1/2 capacity, it was seriously an awesome time
Periphery is literally my favourite band ever 🤘🏼
Wow Misha's imitation of the ubiquitous Guitar World (sloppy) shredders is spot on!
I've seen Periphery 8 times, and I've only seen the same line up twice. haha
First time in 09, with Chris on vocals.
Saw them in cologne and everything was perfect. The location, the tone, the vibes!
Bought a plini shirt too, its basically the coolest shirt i have
Saw the boys in Cleveland and Houston the last 2 legs. Will continue to support them in the future as long as they are making music and going on tour. My all time favorite band and some of the beat people in the world. Can't wait for future tours!
God damn... didn't expect to start my day with tears in my eyes. Hopefully you all stay safe right now and I wish that we get the chance to see you live again once more
I saw them in Toronto, a magical moment. My first ever concert and it was amazing. I wanted to go to NY to see them again cause it was THAT good
i was ready to headbang and suddenly 1:22 appeared.
thats the life i wanna live...
thank you for existing, periphery♥
I am glad you think of DE, NL and the UK as part of North America, gave me the opportunity to see you guys rock it in Amsterdam
3:41 😭😭😭😭 We love you too Misha ❤❤❤❤
This line legit made me tear up.
Montreal show was absolutely stunning, thanks for these memories ;)
I love the back of Spencer's shirt at the end says find your purpose.
Mark and Misha cuddling on stage at 6:42 warms my heart. These guys are all bros for life and I love it
Watching this, I was getting confused about the last time I saw the band. It felt like they were in Stockholm during 2019, but I couldn't get it to make sense. Realizing it was back in 2017 felt... weird. Long due for a visit, guys.
First time seeing them live, what an amazing tour. Been listening since P2, so very excited when I finally got to watch them live
❤Periphery
Was fortunate enough to see them a few weeks before Hail Stan came out, and again in Feb this year. Both of which were here in Vegas (Where Spencer now lives - I will run into him at some point!) Shows were absolutely, epic as usual. Also, its such a shame this year sucks so much as the majority of musicians are at a stand still with performances. Hopefully early next year we will rebound! #suckit2020
The lune’s final with the people! 😍😍😍😍
Y'all are just great. Thank you for all the feelings over the years.
