37 beaver in one check is a ton of work that's for sure. I caught 32 in one day with a partner to boot an that was a workout. Congrats on a hell of a season!
Best day I ever had was 7 Beaver in a trap check .I thought it was a awesome day .couldn't imagine a day like you just had . congratulations on a mile stone 👍
Hey Luke great job. I was wondering if you could make a smaller rod than the rebar and put a half loop on it . I don't know if you could hook the rebar below the trap and pull the beaver back to you so you didn't have to pull your whole setup out of the ground each time and remake the set.
I see what your saying, I just think honestly the way I am doing it now is going to be faster and more efficient for me. Doesn't mean it wouldn't be worth a try though!
do you mind telling me or telling us as a whole? what do you do with the carcasses? what do you do with the fur? I'm so interested in that. like what do you do afterwards cuz you catch a lot of lot a lot of beaver
There is a market to sell just about everything off of these animals anymore, just have to search them out and get in touch with the right people. Almost everything off of the beaver I catch is getting sold.
Brings back some good memories, turning 62 in April and watching your videos brings me to get my traps out and start smiling again.
Same here 62 and already getting everything out and checking it twice.

Awesome run. Still iced over up here. Continued success!
Its like you have unlimited creeks there. Wish I had a 1/4 of those spots.

Wow you’re pulling more beaver than I did in college!

Life expectancy for beavers in your county is short. 😊
Does rain make them move?
very nice day
You only using only #4 Duke on your drowning rods
No he uses ts-85s
