You guys need to make a directional bomb out of your containers of Tannerite. Wrap your container with duct tape. Cover the entire container. Wrap the container 8 or 9 times. Cut a small window into the duct tape. do not cut into your container!!! When placing your charge, ensure your window is facing the dam. The duct tape will contain the blast for a short period of time, but the area where the window is is the weakest point and will vent a large percentage of the blast. This method might save you some expensive Tannerite. The result will amaze you.
It’s so fascinating for my that you guys can buy high explosives at a local store without any type of license. On the other hand I’m happy not everyone can do so where I live or it’s would be a hell of a lot more dangerous.
I'll never forget being like 8 years old or so and goin to my grandpas cabin in Montana. They had a shed full of dynamite they used to blow up beaver dams and blast rock. coolest shit in the world to an 8 year old lol. That cabin was awesome had old mines all over I remember an old mining cart on tracks that was rusted in place. Lost it in a legal battle from the other half of the family, they tore down the cabin and logged the property.
The same thing happened to me, we had a lakefront chalet on 20 acres in Lac Blue Sea Quebec Canada and it was my whole childhood, it was lost due to the other half of the greedy family wanting money. All said and done they got about $900 dollars each, such a great price to ruin a child's dream.
Lost the half of my deer hunting land and cabin in northern Minnesota to a brother who was initially put on the quit claim deed with my dad because he was still living at home. He decided he needed it all after both folks died so he just modified the deed quietly and quickly. Said nothing has changed and I can still hunt there. But now it’s on his land not 50% mine. I have now retired from hunting deer after 62 years. Should have made other hunting buddies somewhere sometime in the past.
LMAO NOW THAT'S HOW U BLOW A DAM Make sure u send a copy of that to Flair as a training video instead of those little firecrackers he makes to blow a dam maybe he will see how the big boys get er done LOL
Most of the blast power went straight up. The charge needs to be confined more with a direction path pointing the way that it will do the best job. I think there was a Myth Busters episode dealing with blast effectiveness.
That was good placement. Usually i don't see this much effectiveness from the blast. The damn appeared to be a higher consistency of mud then wood/debris.
Digging a hole and partially burying the “Inclusion Equity Diversity” into the dirt made a biiig difference. They probably dug up 70 lb of sticks and mud, and got another 700 extra pounds of it to fly out because of their work burying it.
When I saw 50 pounds i couldn’t believe someone would use 59 pounds at once… but then I remembered what channel I was watching but I still can’t believe you were that close
@@TrapperJOutdoors be careful look into it I think anything over 50lbs you need an explosives license don't want the alphabet boys showing up on your doorstep
Awesome, now that's the right way to get a problem corrected, some start with 1 pound then 2-5 pounds and it's just the same o same o but doing it your way is just a good guarantee that the job is done correctly the 1st time, again Awesome job.
I really appreciated all the different angles you recorded - that was awesome! *I WANNA GET HIRED AS A BEAVER-DAM-EXPLODING TECHNICIAN* That would have to be the most fun job ever 💥 😃 💥
Wow! Hilarious! I used to trap when I was a teen. I love the beavers but sometimes they unknowingly cause mischief & dam up an important waterway. That's definitely a sure way of clearing a beaver dam! lol! Epic!
I think they just like to blow things up. The comments hear this out by exclaiming their enthusiasm for how the detonation pulverized the dam or how much the love the sound of the blast. Doesn't matter that is being blow apart, as long as it is bigger than before. It may be a stereotype, but I suspect this form of entertainment is part of rural culture.
i jumped when it blew lol, thanks u guys that was awesome. it wasn't five minutes ago when i stumbled onto dudes excavating with machines, and i thought would be cool if someone blew one up, and viola your video just popped up, super weird.
hello, what kind of trap pan tension do you normally run???? i'm getting a lot of toe catches, then i went to 3 lb tension and they were stepping all over my sets w/out setting off the traps... i backed off to probably 1-2 lbs again, and we'll see how it goes...
Since beavers are known woodland terrorists, they build these dams to cause drought to all the people downstream. They chew down trees and sharpen the ends as weapons against humans. Sometimes they dig a pit and place their sharpened wood in the bottom pointing up. These things are mean.
While beavers can be very helpful causing water to stay in places and whatnot, they can also be harmful by causing flooding in places where you don’t want flooding
We have a serious beaver dam problem. We want to use tannerite. We appreciate your video. Thanks. . We have a small youtube channel and following. Is it legal for us to put the beaver dam removal with tannerite on youtube. We are in Texas and have been trying to find out but we aren't sure.
Freaking love it man that was so awesome best one yet by far. Thanks for all the videos and the info you put out I made trapping way more complicated than it needed to be when I was first started out every set had to be absolutely perfect and took forever to make one
Next time put the tannerite on the dam side, the added resistance of the water will make the effect on the dam much bigger and remove a lot more of it!
Nice video, great way to remove a beaver damn. But that 50lb detonation looked more like 15lbs. Might want to adjust your aluminum powder to ammonium ratio.
I like how the water doesn’t run right away, it was also blown back by the blast. It needed a second to regroup, figure out which way was downstream and then start flowing out
I have a stream near my home that gets damned up occasionally. The local conservation officers comes by and blow an that they find. They definitely don’t use anything that big, but I hear the blasts from time to time. So that’s what it looks like, aye? Good work!

I can agree with that... and a smaller container has less plastic pail blown everywhere, if u could find any!
This method is WAYY BETTER
The pros use shaped charges so you know it’s the most effective
It’s so fascinating for my that you guys can buy high explosives at a local store without any type of license. On the other hand I’m happy not everyone can do so where I live or it’s would be a hell of a lot more dangerous.
tannerite isn't that expensive
make it rain
I’ve never used Tannerite for beavers. I usually try to apply alcohol and charm.
That sir is how you get the creepy crawlies, or something wlse that won't leave.... like a bad guest...
CO herpes UGH*****
what how "hey baby can I blow up that beaver?"
😜🤪😂😅👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
After the alcohol and charm, you gave them a bang will never forget…
Finally !! Someone who knows how much tannerite to use to open up a beaver dam !! Well done !
I'll never forget being like 8 years old or so and goin to my grandpas cabin in Montana. I wish you had got it. I love old cabins. Really cool place to hang out. Sounds like a great childhood; mine was similar.

Facts
Check flairs channel lol they kinda did this already a few weeks ago
Yea 50 dam pounds an they was way to dam close for that
Who the fuck is fair
Looks like you guys had a BLAST of a time..
A lot quicker than a backhoe and from the looks of it, way more fun..
Howdy and Great Vid,....I should have checked the weather, I did not see it raining beaver dams in the forecast!
Loving these beaver dam tanneries videos! You blew that one to kingdom come!
I've watched several tanerite videos but this one is got to be the best because that was AWESOME.
Very impressive footage. That was a heck of a beaver dam.
I would be interested to see what the same area looks like in 6 months.
Great job fellas! These tannerite vids are great!
May God bless America and our right to tannerite! Awesome video!

Lol wowwe!! Epic! Yall got it flowing quick indeed! Love all the different angles and the reverse play was super sick!
You're getting good at that. Awesome job thanks for sharing

BEAUTIFUL,!!! but if you pack more mud around it, it directs the blast better and is even more spectacular! Cool vid!

Probably try 75 at some point lol

End up like the genius who blew his leg off with it.
How far back you planning for that one? 😂 cameras caught everything! Great job
That was some incredible footage I can't wait for you to take out the next Beaver dam
Where's the Tree Huggers bïtching about the plastic bucket!😂
What plastic bucket? Lol
Tree huggers moved to Europe.
That was bad ass!!! I always love the dam removal videos!
Now that was badass. That reverse slow mo was sick.
This video made me proud to be an American. Love it.
I always live watching your videos. They are so educational. You are a great teacher. LOL.
Always such fun to see, I do the same up in the mountains of Washington. Cheers

how long before they repair the blow out or will they move to somewhere else
We will continue to trap em
That looks like fun. As long as nobody gets hurt. Even the beavers
I really appreciated all the different angles you recorded - that was awesome!
*I WANNA GET HIRED AS A BEAVER-DAM-EXPLODING TECHNICIAN* That would have to be the most fun job ever 💥 😃 💥
Definitely the best Tannerited beaver dam removal video I've seen on TH-cam...
Brother I think that was the best boom yet!! I saw all that debris falling and I thought man I hope their clear!!!
That's how it's done, indeed!!! Nice work!
that would have been so cool to be there,, just seeing the trees move ..the percussion had to be great

That never get old, nice
Haveing fun is awsome,, look into potassium perchlorate 👍
Im not sure if i missed it or not but could someone please explain to why that particular beaver dam needed to be destroyed

That's a dam good video. I think I saw some dam beaver parts flying around too.
Mr. Beaver be like, Holy shit man! I just gotta bad vibe man!! lmao

Just curious to why to blow up Beaver dams. Do you have something against them or is it a You Tube thing?
Since beavers are known woodland terrorists, they build these dams to cause drought to all the people downstream. They chew down trees and sharpen the ends as weapons against humans.

What would a 1000 pounds of the stuff do ?
kill the people with their cameras thats what. that shits dangerous in stupid hands
At 3:45 I'm like "now that's the money shot". Five seconds later I'm losing it.

Question! Do beaver dams like this damage the surrounding stream life? Can they be invasive?
Wow now that was very impressive and camera from many angles.nice one.
The close up reverse, pause, blow was awesome! Like a damn WW1 movie or something.
Good thing Noah built the Ark when he did...............love the big boom in slow-mo!! 👍👍👍👍❗
Excellent work on this great shots from different angles!

I been watching your videos what do you do with the pelts do you skin tan and sell or just skin and sell you should do a video on that
That was pretty damn good. Literally moved the water away from the dam then a huge rush. Gonna piss a few beaver off🤣🤣🤣
I need some dam tannerite to get my girlfriends dam beaver moving around like that again.
How big of a opening did it blow out. And what was the cost for 50 pounds of tannerite
Spectacular 🔥 Awesome camera work and editing 👌
Trapper J back with the awesome content. Great editing on this one Brother. Your tech skills are definitely improving at a rapid pace.
I knew when I saw the title that this would be well worth tuning in!😉👍🤯
Hey now, those beavers worked hard for that ;). Keep er moving...
what trap pan tension do you normally run???
Always run no pan tension
😂 it will be back up tommorrow
Beavers POV: " Wow! That was loud! We can rebuild the dam in a couple of weeks! Bigger! Better! Tougher!"
Just curious as to the cost of the tannerite and what weapon was used ? Alex
Just raw footage keep these videos coming, up in Iowa
That's great.... Wish I was there .. my boy won some traps and your coon candy from Boxie at the rendezvous, can't wait to try it out!!!
May I suggest adding some acetylene gas in place of oxygen. Let's just say x5
Great job guys!
Hell yeah! That's what I've been wanting to see!
How much tannerite do you figure it would take to drop a mature pine tree? Bury it at the base?
How long did it take the beavers to build it back?
Very cool Trapper J. That’s how it’s done.
You Put Some of the Best Stuff Buddy Love Watching Your Vidios you’re the Best
That was epic the after blast looked like it was raining lol she’s flowing good now great footage brother loved all the angles
In other news, 16 died in a flash flood in a small town in America today. Officials blaming flash thunderstorm upstream. Details at 10.
We gotta bump those numbers up
That was an Epic Blast thanks for the content
Glad to see a video!!
Ive only shot pill bottles full of tannerite but i bet this was fun watching the after effect of all that water rushing through. Cool shit man
That was awesome guys !!! Lmao 🤣. Got water flow now lol.
@ 4.47 whats was the explosion look alike
Wow, that was awesome! The reverse really puts the explosion into perspective.
Looking back, do you think 25lbs would do the trick?
What song is playing at the beginning and end?!
Next time put the tannerite on the dam side, the added resistance of the water will make the effect on the dam much bigger and remove a lot more of it!
...and kill a lot more aquatic life....
Did you shoot it? How did it go off?
Nice video, great way to remove a beaver damn. But that 50lb detonation looked more like 15lbs. Might want to adjust your aluminum powder to ammonium ratio.
Went from a lush green scenery to a war zone in a matter of seconds. My man dropping bunker busting bombs on these damn bevers lol.
this looked like fun . best one i have seen yet . big boom .

I like how the water doesn’t run right away, it was also blown back by the blast. It needed a second to regroup, figure out which way was downstream and then start flowing out
Always wonder what the people downstream think when the creek suddenly goes to flood and it isn't raining!
This is the most American video iv ever seen love the content keep up the amazing work brother tight chains
