Hi Savanah This class is very good your cueing made it simple to follow so I didn't need to look at the screen and the breath connection remained throughout. Yep my back and hips liked it too. Bravo!!
Hi Savannah, thank you so much for this flow. My hips have always been painful & problematic for several years now and I´m always looking for new exercises and methods to keep exercising and taking care of myself. This was by far the most enjoyable flow, it helped a lot after a difficult day. Thanks a million

I love this girl : D I use several of her older vids regularly so do feel I almost know her : D I really enjoyed this and how time was spent stretching out those side hips.... always so tight on me. Nice breath work throughout all the movements as well, really helped to focus on making each breath complete. Hope to see her again soon 💚
Very lovely slow flow, however even though i see others saying it was easy to follow, I couldn’t follow the cues at all and could not finish. Usually i never have to look at the screen but so many times i was confused in this video. Too many cues specifically 16:17 when all we needed was to go on our backs but there were about 7 cues for each limb that just confused the heck outta me lol. Im big time fan of yogatx just wanted to give feedback, nothing but love ❤️

I'm used to Savannah, so I did follow her very well. I found with her cuing, I rarely needed to to check the screen but could stay genuine in all the movements. Lots of right and left stuff, I realize : D. Sorry you found you weren't following so well.
